Health Care at its finest!Finding a good Dr./Practice is like finding a good hairstylist- you will more than likely try a couple out, until you find that one that does it just right. That is this Medical Group! The front desk is warm and welcoming, the nurses listen intently to your issues/concerns, and the Dr's take their time with you- not rushing you out so they can get to the next patient. This is a Practice I actually look forward to going to.

I went in for a check up and Shannon took such great care of me. She was very friendly and asked in depth questions to make sure that I was in good health. You can tell she's passionate about what she does and that she actually cares about her patients.

This family practice is amazing as a whole, from start to finish.Front desk staff is kind, courteous, and helpful. The wait is minimal. When being seen,the nurse takes their time when asking and answering your questions.Kailee (PA) is kind, caring, and thurough in her examination and diagnosis. There is no rushing to get to the next patient, and I am so very happy and satisfied to have Kailee as my Primary. Check out is quick and they work to accommodate you if you need a follow up appointment.Will be using RFP for a very long time!

A lot of the employees clearly don’t care about humans so why go into a job profession that is exactly that. A pro tip: if you have a large amount of elderly people who come to your clinic, don’t make them walk a quarter mile to a room just to waste their time for 10 minutes and then send them out with a bill.

My family gets good care at Reno Family Physicians by Dr. Ambika Uppu. Staff that I have come in contact with are ALL very friendly and professional and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Uppu to anyone looking for a primary care physician. Also, I would like to add that Felicia, Dr. Uppu's nurse practitioner, is absolutely amazing. She is responsive to every need we have any time of the day. She is the best doctor's assistant I've ever been a patient of and want her to know how much we appreciate her, as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schaupp since 1998 or '99. I don't remember exactly when my first appointment was. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. While it is sometimes difficult to get through to a person, I can't really fault anyone that they are busy. But they call back when you leave a message and I've never been brushed off. My concerns have always been addressed. Dr. Schaupp always listens to me during my appointments and makes sure I understand what's going on. I've always felt that everyone at Reno Family Physicians cares about my well being. That's why I referred my husband and my mother there.

I was nervous when I saw all of the prior reviews. Hopefully things have changed because my experience was wonderful. Every person I came into contact with was friendly and helpful and listened. I got referrals to several specialists and for lab work and it was all done before I left.

Shannon, the PA at Reno Family Physicians is absolutely amazing! She truly listens to all of my concerns and is so client-centered and detail oriented. Shannon is willing to go the extra mile for all clients- and has 'caught things' for me and my family, proactively in ways that no other practitioner has in our lives. I am so grateful that I came across Shannon at this practice & highly recommend her to any and everyone. Thank you Shannon!!

I have never had a bad experience at the Reno Family Physicians with either the staff or the doctors. My doctor is awesome. She is so knowledgeable and caring and I can communicate with her through the portal at any time. She has even responded to my messages and has prescribed medicine in the evenings and the weekends. I am so happy with her and everyone else who works here.

Dr Uppu has treated me for eight years. She is the most thorough doctor I've ever had. Dr Uppu listens to my concerns and has every one of them diagnosed. I refer Dr. Uppu to everyone I know.

I came in to establish care no major issues but wanted a friendly place to go if I needed one. Shannon Weaver is the PA and the only one taking new patients. She was fabulous! She was so easy to talk to and answered my questions throughly and thoughtfully. I loved how she listened to me and educated rather than just diagnosing and moving on. I will be recommending her to everyone I know!

Should have read the reviews before going in. Front office staff are some of the rudest people I've ever delt with. Will not return because of them.
