Was a nice facility, nice range. Employees on the other hand made it to where I do not want to return. Planned on taking my CCW class here but not anymore. Went it to practice with my Glock, when asking questions about the range the man didn’t seem like he wanted to answer a single thing, didn’t seem friendly or helpful. When I wanted to plink a few more shots and asked about ammo, the girl at the counter gave me a dirty look when I questioned if they had 9mm not for the rentals that wasn’t marked up in price. $25 for 50 rounds is normal for rentals sure. But I’ve never spent $0.50 on 9mm bullets when buying boxes. Only the range safety officer on duty that day seemed like a stand up dude. A gun range of all places should have friendly and patient staff. How is anyone going to learn with employees like that. I know I wouldn’t come back.

Best indoor range I have been to. Clean and well lit. They had a range safety officer who was crushing it. Awesome screen with a camera that zooms in on your lane target.

One of the best ranges I've been to. Thanks to Mark for accommodating my large family. If you haven't been here, I strongly suggest you check out the place. It's awesome!!!!Thanks again Mark

Guy working at the front ignored the existing, obvious line of waiting customers to greet and check in a person who just barely walked into the store. No mention of the person being a member. There was already a queue for the range so this just added an even longer wait time for the people already in line.

Yesterday 1/27 I attended an Intro to Hanguns class given by Daniel Smith. He was amazing. I'm a first time gun owner in need of understanding how to use safely. His honesty was refreshing. Daniel is a veteran who served this country with passion. As an instructor he was direct and pointed out several times that the gun was the tool and your head is the weapon! I bought a gun just to have for home safety. I now understand the importance even more of the proper care, use and storage of a gun. Thank you Dennis for the great introduction yesterday! More importantly, thank you for your service!

This is one of the premier gun shops in Northern Nevada. The selection of guns, ammo and accessories are huge. They have a well managed, clean, safe and up to date range. Membership fees to belong here are a bit more pricey than others but it may be worth the extra costs. .The classes that they hold are high quality with excellent instructors and especially a good CPL class. All gun shops and ranges can be intimidating but once you get in here, I think that you will feel very welcome and safe.

Went there recently with some friends. Right off the bat the energy from the employee wasn't welcoming at all. Also, when I was waiting for my friends to finish shooting. All the employees were talking very provocative in front of me without acknowledging that I was there? It made me very uncomfortable and I definitely won't be coming back.

All I wanted was an apology for the way I was treated at this establishment

Excellent experience. Went in with a list of three guns that I was recommended to try for concealed carry. The gentleman there was very nice, brought me all the guns I mentioned and I ended up shooting two of them. I didn’t feel like I was talked down to or up-sold at all. Very positive experience and I’ll be seeking him out next time I go in.

I recently purchased a gun from RGR but my experience and service was not good by any means. In fact, It was so disappointing I made this yelp account just to review them when I would usually not care. I'm not even close to an expert on Firearms or Ar-15's and I don't try to give that impression. I've owned a couple different firearms for years now but still need education on new products. Especially when it's a 4 figure purchase, I want to ask questions and get informed so that I'll make the best decision/purchase. However, this shop gave a "locals only" AND "experts only" vibe to their approach on customer service. Meaning they were cliquish and condescending towards me from the first question, to the moment I left with my product. The first guy who helped me was obviously bothered and made me feel like a burden to the point I apologized for my lack of education. Then when I checked out I didn't tip and he was even more rude after that as if I should have tipped for being talked down on. The following day I came in to pick up. The man who helped me was nice, but needed assistance in answering my questions so he would ask the other representatives around, and again, every time a representative would have to answer a question they would speak to me like I'm a full blown idiot and they couldn't believe they had to answer the question. I had intentions to shop around more to buy different accessories but decided to leave because I could tell they didn't want to spend their energy helping me. There were more specific actions that took place but I left those and the names out to protect them from getting in trouble even though I know this review will be blown off anyways. I'm not out to get anyone in trouble but I do believe this is a problem. A pet peeve of mine is to be educated in a topic, but rather than educating/helping others who want/need to learn, you insult them for not being as educated as you and or speak in a condescending tone. Honestly had it not been for them having exactly what I wanted, I would've much more enjoyed purchasing from RAC guns. The owners and employees are friendly and helpful and they enjoy teaching others on their products, helping customers make the right purchase. I don't want to seem like a Karen who complains over anything, but this was genuinely a bad experience that left me confused and upset for how I was served. But I like my new AR!
