I've been coming here for about a year to get monthly massages. My massage therapist for years used to be Linda, she was professional, caring, and great at her job. She ventured off into new opportunities, and now my massage therapist is Carleen. Carleen is also very professional, caring and great at her job. The ambience of this massage studio is very calming, clean, and relaxing. The staff is always so attentive and care about what your body needs and your health. Definitely recommend if you need to relieve stress, pain, anxiety.

Very pretty and welcoming space. Smells amazing of spa aroma. The 2 staff I've met were very nice and welcoming. Massage room ambiance was so comforting and pretty. Sophia has an amazing talent and uses her knowledge to provide you an amazing and therapeutic massage. Very happy to have found this massage space.

From the moment you book, continuing through to the first impression of the location/the vibe, and definitely the services offered (Sophia was absolutely amazing- one of the best massages I’ve ever had), I cannot recommend RM&W enough.

My wife came up for a custom massage. She usually tries to get an appointment at the Peppermill but an appointment was not available. I researched and saw that Reno Massage and Wellness have received many complimentary Yelp reviews. My wife booked an appointment with Linda Marie and enjoyed her massage greatly. Linda Marie did not chatter incessantly but always asked my wife appropriate questions. Linda Marie took notes on problem areas so next visit she would know which areas needed the most attention.

Linda is my massage therapist and I have followed her throughout the years to many different stages of her career. This is where she's at now and I'm extremely satisfied with this location. Wellness describes the feel of this place for sure. It's clean, quiet, and offers the space and luxury for Linda to provide her therapy sessions with such a stress-free mindset. I prefer my massages on the firmer/rougher side where if you had to beat my muscles with a rolling pin, I'm fine. I usually get a 90 min massage with cupping, and though it feels like I'm getting pinched, Linda will always put me to sleep due to relaxation and not because she's "rubbing" lotion on me. I always leave much more refreshed, relaxed, and slightly sore from her working on all my knots.

I'm hooked, what more can I say. I've seen Sophia twice now and I'll never go anywhere else. She performs a true athletic recovery massage. She even cared enough to give me exercises to do at home. I've already scheduled my husband an appointment to see her. As mentioned in other reviews the place is clean, quiet, very relaxing. Go see Sophia!

My appointment was with Katherine, and it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had.The space is very cute with easy parking.I got a 90 min massage with hot stones, cups, and a cbd treatment for my lower back. I had no low back pain the following morning for the first time in a long time :)

I would highly recommend Aric! He was open to working on a problem area for me. He helped immensely by targeting this area and the surrounding tissues. Beautiful space with heated massage tables, hot stones, hot towels, cupping and more. Massage was very professional and helped my neck and shoulders a lot.
