So I bought a vehicle from them and took possession of it last Friday around 4 pm. The following Wednesday on my way to work I got a low tire message. Got it into the shop where I worked to see if maybe I ran something over. I did not. I did however find the tires at 3mm tread depth on the front of the vehicle and 2 cracks in the right front wheel (the one that was giving me the low tire light). Called the dealer and informed them, I was told the tires were marked at 6mm during their inspection. And there is no warranties on wheels and tires. Even tho I had this car for 4 days. They told me to take it in and they would look at it and see if they could help. I get there and they are willing to send the wheel out for repair, not replacement and still refused to replace the 2 tires that are below the legal limit on tread depth. Not to mention the “inspection” there did on car passed everything and part of the washer tank is missing and the bottom half of the tank that is left leaks, as well as the washer nozzles that clip into the hood are broken aswell. But clean inspection from Reno Tahoe auto group! No safety issues at all!!

Crazy that they do not take Chevrolet service plans. How can a Chevrolet dealership not do that??? Shame on you!

Their service department is a joke. Rounded off all my lug nuts, my oil drain plug, and couldn’t even diagnose the problem correctly. I wouldn’t trust them, even for a simple oil change. Had to go elsewhere and spend more to fix the issues created here.

I had an overall great experience with this dealership. The salesman Robert Swanson was not pushy in any way, very respectful, and very willing to work with me. Has a small-town feel with a good connection to people, not numbers. Would definitely recommend this dealership and buy from here again.
