I brought my car on their plumb lane location, and I'm beyond satisfied with their customer care. Not many repair shops can service a triton engine but they took me in and fixed my car , 10/10!

I took my car there when I had to drive down from my hometown in winnemucca because my husband had been careflighted to Reno and they charged me for several things they did not do 3600 worth of work that was not done my car is in the shop now and they're telling me that all the things that should have been done that I was charged for like in my suspension that all the parts look like the original parts that came with the car

Although it may sound insignificant, the fact that they remembered my name and greeted me when I returned 5 days later.. Well, that goes a long way in my book. Both the manager, and Hemmi went way above and beyond as far as service goes. Bottom line? They are a bit pricey, but you get a whole different caliber of service. They are obviously a well trained and efficient crew. I was there on a Friday afternoon, and the guys had a gas grill set up and one of them was grilling spare ribs and tri tip for the others. That said so much as to the type of relationship that clearly exists between the management and crew. Excellent. They've made me a customer for life. ???
