I currently work at this company. What I can say is that I haven’t found owners who care about their clients and staff more than these owners do. They are trying to make positive changes in the industry, and are making the lives of residents better because of it. The treatment of staff is positive, and I personally know staff that has followed the owners from other locations to continue to work for them. The people I work with and for are hardworking, supportive, and truly people, people. They truly care about, and support good people from the start.

Bad enough that I worked myself for a month for alpine but then you fire me n not pay me for the bonus I worked as it sits I’m sitting here trying to cash a bad check!!! That’s what this company does for its employees imagine what they would do for your family members
