So I went in there 4 time. 1st the got me the tires. 2nd time for the right tires. 3rd time weights were loose on the wheel with a lunch in between cause and hour of work for and hour and half and the service rep lying about what they did to my car. 2nd, 3rd and 4th for TPMS. The tech, Sonia and the manager did not listen. Automatically blaming the car. Checked the module out on Tahoe if the sensor doesn't respond in the appropriate time data becomes invalid. So the 1st time LF front sensor is slow with signal. They replace that well the service rep just deleted the duplicate ID. So the 2nd time now I have all 3 the Tech, Sonia and the manager blaming the car when they never noticed it was a different sensor the LR. So I'm stuck with a bad LR sensor that they refuse to replace and get the LF to work which they refuse to look at now.
That last Sonia pulled me aside and I asked why the bad review. Well look at it I've been lied to several times and had to return every time for the overcharged lease program to never have stuff done right. But hey RNR blames your car if they can't figure it out.
Sonia said she would fix it if it's not the car. I'm good at the complaint of eating the cost. I'm not going back there again. They lie and don't care. IF the owner sees the review I've had 2 cars, and I've had several friends that now refuse to go there. It's just that they don't listen,

Went in for a flat tire. The guys got right on it. Didn't try to up sale, didn't tell me the tire was ruined. The fixed it in 20 mins and I was out. Awesome place for tires and wheels, and for repair.

Went is today to get an alignment, a part broke in the process, they fixed it and did the alignment free of charge.

Ive bought tires, chains and had many tires repaired here. They have, bar none, the best customer service in town. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

If you're looking to get scammed then get your tires here!! They will enter you into a nice deceitful "contract" and then charge you less on the monthly payments so you don't pay off your balance in the alloted time, telling you that you can either pay hundreds of dollars to clear the balance or your loan turns into the full balance immediately and then they will charge you triple what you originally were "contracted" too.. if you ask for specific information about their policies and terms and interest rates, they evade answering but have no problem telling you that you owe more money, just cant explain how the balance keeps spiking up (under their guise of "daily interest" that they cant tell you a set amount to, ive been told 3 different daily interest rates)... been paying for a set of tires for 2.5 YEARS now and my balance is still going UP but SONYA "could make it go away if she wanted to" buyers beware, this is a terrible company.

My husband and I own a carpet cleaning business and have a small fleet of vans. RNR has been swapping snow and summer tires for about a year. Super impressed with their customer service, communication and fast turnaround. We will be customers for life!

I’m glad I came to this place. I had a great and quick experience here. I was only there to have them patch my tire and I was there for just 15 minutes. Super easy and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Well never thought I would be making a review for any one or thing,
But this place was awesome, friendly fast and above all. I’m pleased, really pleased with the tires, I use to have my tire and wheels handled by less Schwab , never again. Not only were my tires done right but the alignment they did to my f350 was amazing, plus I get free alignment for life and free rotation free balancing and even towing now when needed, serious? Why would I want to go anywhere else. Thank you all so much.
