I was trying to buy shoes and ask the cashier if it'd be a problem because they were stained if I needed to return them, then she called the manager and she was super rude and abrasive. This happened Fri Jan 24 around 645 pm. If she's in such a bad mood she should find another job, I had a smile question, because the sneakers were already stained, I was wondering if I needed to return them if that would be an issue.

What a total P.O.S. business that employs hateful, hate-filled, bigoted folks who think homeless people are bad/malicious/criminals just for being homeless. Giving a single penny to this place would be a crime in and of itself.

This Ross management joined the blue line gang and trespassed a man simply because the police asked them too so they could get even with him. This was racially motivated and it's a shame that Ross lends themselves to this type of prejudice.

Like any other Ross you can find great deals. My only gripe are the long lines, even when there are many registers open they don't have enough cashiers.
The line can stretch all the way to the back during peak times. I've seen many customers just toss items to the side and leave due to the long line.

I like coming to this location as its clean and the people are friendly! I was there this past Monday afternoon. The check out gal was Monica when i came back as we forgot the bath soap that was paid for she was prompt and friendly and able to multitask. What was really refreshing was when trying on dresses and i was embarrassed a little to show my male friend as he wanted to see what they looked like & Trina was the gal working the dressing room area. She gave me a compliment that truly felt genuine and boosted my confidence and I enjoyed being in that sundress with no hesitation!! He ended up buying me 3 dresses!! Thank you Trina you made my day !!!
