The store manager, David Pulley, was beyond rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Not only did he snatch items from my hands roughly, but he also spoke to me in a condescending and borderline racist manner. His behavior wasn’t just directed at me, he was also disrespectful, dismissive and super racist and aggressive towards my sister. It was shocking and unacceptable to witness a manager treating both customers this way. Ross seriously needs to reconsider who they put in charge because someone like this should not be leading any store. I left feeling humiliated and upset, and I will never shop here again.

Great store. Its location is a plus. It is very close to the freeway and many other stores. They do not have enough cashiers but i normally do not spend much time here.

Terrible yesterday I went shopping my bill was 109 and I paid with 120 and the girl gave me change as if I had 110 I told her and they only told me to check the cameras, 15 minutes later they said nothing was seen since it's been out of order we'll call you. Obviously they didn't do it in front of me and they never gave us an answer, I was 100% sure that I gave him 120 because he only had 100 pains and two 20 bills. Be careful with your changes.

There was a long line probably 16 people this Clerk starts putting items away only one other clerk there when she finally stopped I said do you really need to put that stuff away when there's all these people in line. She said I need to put this stuff away before my shift is over I said don't customer's come first she said my husband is picking me up at 2:30 not good when everyone is talking about it in line ?

I had a little time to kill so I though I shopped around at Ross's. It was fun lots of things to look at. They have a variety of clothing men's women's children. I Was shopping for my little granddaughter found everything I needed and some pots and pans. Glasses. When it was time to check out the clerk was fast and very efficient. I enjoyed shopping in there I'll be back the prices were great

The atmosphere was very nice. I found everything I set out to purchase and the line's moved very quickly. The only issue I have is with the parking. It's very limited.
