Totally insane and unrespecful place!! The security guard is 2 feet from you while paying with a cashier (not self-chechout), and still want to check your receipt and open your bags! Absolutely not! I am writing a formal complaint with corporate!

The 1 star has nothing to do with the store or the employees but the policy of checking the receipt at the door. For a store with no self checkouts (no Ross has them) it’s extremely asinine and a hassle for customers. I’ve never seen a Ross do this and having security go to the extent of even checking your bags when they literally watched you check out (I was the only one in line) is completely unnecessary. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Very good store. Only issue is they dont have enough cashiers and it can take a long time to pay for your stuff.

I love this place but being stopped by security guard right in front of the registers after making a purchase is a little irritating and insulting isn't there other ways that you can secure their store without harassing people that are purchasing products right in front of your face I'm checking the receipt right after they're walking away from the register

Seriously limited selection. It was like stuff that would not sell in other stores, and the signs hanging to tell you what sections are there are all mixed up, yeah it is a 2 star outta 5, bawaah bawah

This 1 star is related to the store policy of having someone have their receipt checked from a loss prevention person literally in front of the cashier that just bagged the items. Not only is it a waste of my time, I'm sure it's not the most efficient use of company funds. When a person is coming from the cashier within 5 steps of the person checking the receipt and in the bag it's excessive. The employees just looked at me like there was something wrong with me pointing out the ludicrousness of the moment, but at 3:58pm on Sept. 13 2024 the cameras can be reviewed to see how absurd the situation is. I waited in line to purchase items, go through the checkout process and within 2-3 seconds have to present a receipt and a bag I barely grabbed for inspection?
