I have came to this store multiple times and every single time I have the employees are either extremely rude or totally and completely helpless. I left annoyed every single time I have gone. I have never been more dissatisfied with dealing with the employees of a business in my entire life.

I went in the other evening to purchase a certain color and brand. They were out. I asked the young girl who worked there if there was any in the back. She said no. I asked her when do they get new shipments in. She said we just got them. I then asked if there was anything comparable to the color and brand. She said no. She just had one word answers didn't leave her isle to come to where I was to see if there was anything else she could do. So I found a step down color from the one I wanted but there was only one box. I asked her if maybe by chance if there was one more of those colors in the boxes that were delivered. She said It's a mystery what's in there, till I open them. Just super rude!! I have been going to Sally's in several states for years and years and have never had such an awful experience as I did that evening. I walked straight out. Called another Sally's and drive across the city to purchase $82 worth of product. I live a mile away from this Sally's and I will pay more for gas, before I ever go back in there again! That employee should not work with the public. I was so upset, I realized I didn't get her name.. I also do not know what she looks like since she stayed in her isle the whole time. Perhaps, she should get a job as a maid in a motel. Then she doesn't have to give customer service.

Nothing infuriates me more than driving out of my way to a business only to find that they are closed. I checked Sally's hours online, then even called to verify that they were indeed open, was forwarded to an auto answer recording that gave the business hours as 9am-7pm, marking the hours on their website. So to my annoyance, I arrive to discover they are closed. The store hours visibility posted near the door display open 9am-7pm. I waited about five more minutes and saw at least four more people come to the doors to find Sally's locked and obviously not open for business. I tried at 9:30 and again at 9:52, after doing some light grocery shopping, and Sally's was still not open. Maybe there was an employee emergency, maybe somebody had confused hours, but is no one in charge to verify if and when the store is open?As I stated above, there were at least five customers who were unable to make purchases this morning. In today's competitive marketplace, I don't think any company can afford to squander sales from five customers.

I will not be coming back to this location. The older lady who works here is very judgemental and watched us like a hawk the entire time. Lady, I have spent literally hundreds of dollars at Sally, don't worry. However I will not spend a dime on any store that treats customers this way.Zero stars

It's hit or miss. There's a big turnover in staff so trusting someone to really know what they are talking about is iffy

I love Sally's Beauty Supply and buy so many of my toiletries here. They have some great sales where you can pick up some really good deals. Their prices are very reasonable and customer service at this location is always friendly and professional.

I don't shop here often and when I do I need assistance. Charisma was so super helpful a patient. Thank you so much!! This time during Covid a lot of customer service reps are indifferent but she was AMAZING!!

Horrible customer service. The fashion colored red head is very Nast and should not represent your business. Im in the industry and have shopped at this store for the last 6 years and never have I been treated so poorly.

This is the Sally's that i go to on a regular basis. I dye my hair myself all the time, usually going for a dark brown shade. I needed to cover up my roots and so i came in today to pick up some color. I decided to go with a different color than normal and needed to purchase developer as well. I asked the lady (i think her name was Veronica or something), and she told me to buy 40 volume. Long story short i got out of the shower and my roots were bright orange. Called my hair dresser friend and she told me you should never use 40 volume unless you are bleaching!!!! Sally's, if you are going to hire people, atleast have them understand basic hair color 101.
