Wouldn't let a 5 year old girl use the bathroom . Not a good place to shop with kids. The man was so rude about it.

Went to do Christmas Sign ups for my kids. I was talking to the front desk lady and she was asking me questions to see if I have all the documents. She asked me if I had proof of income, I said no I lost my job. The other worker guy that wears glasses that helps with the signups (he helped me last year) was at the desk who was assisting another lady chimed in and said I would have to get my children's Medicaid awards letter to prove that I'm not working. I told him that I only have their Medicaid cards, will that work instead? He repeated himself after that rudely. I said this is ridiculous not even being rude and he just was so unprofessional and was really rude to me and gave me attitude and was being a jerk. So I walked out. I will never come here again and get help from this company. My thing is that why didn't he say all that to me alot nicer when it was my turn to do the sign ups?I was taking to a whole other nice lady at the front desk. He just embarrassed me and was so unprofessional. I dont see how there awards letter from Medicaid will prove I'm not working? It's for the kids Medicaid. So I'll try and get help elsewhere from nicer people and hope there Christmas will be good.

Man checking out customers this morning around 9.45 am was very rude to an older woman in front of me trying to purchase items so I decided to not shop here anymore. Horrible customer service

Great deals rud customer service by Creg. Deanna was lovely. I was in line like everyone else. Creg completely ignored me and proceeded to help everyone behind and around me. When he was done I ask him if he was going to check my items out now. He responded she can help you. Flabbergasted at how he treated me. I had no words how incredibly rude. I tried to call his manager but he answered and said he is the manager. Called main office and found out he's an assistant manager how unprofessional. His boss is Shanna but he won't connect me to her or say when she's in. Needless to say after 20+ years shopping and donating here I won't return very disappointed!

I walk in their with my wife looking for furniture since we recently lost everything on a fire, needles to say everything was priced as if it was new or more expensive is a thrift store for a reason it's not rc willy or Ashley furniture for them to have this ridiculous price on hand me down

I've been shopping here for over 20 years and although service is very "iffy", recently it's just gotten horrible. Today was the icing on the cake. There were two staff members behind the main counter, several feet apart, just drinking coffee and talking with each other, customers be damned. Tried several times to get either attention but they were just too busy gabbing and carrying on.

Some of the coolest things I've ever seen at an thrift store! I came in one time and there were a bunch of original flyers for the sunset strip in the 60's. I saw stuff for the Doors at the whiskey, Cream, Iron butterfly, and a bunch of others. And I don't know anything about antiques but if someone did, they could probably find all kinds of gems in this place. I was there this evening and decided to flip through this book and there was an inscription on the first page that was from 1936! How cool is that!? I picked up a bunch of Xmas lights for like 3 bucks. They always have tons of great Xmas stuff before the holidays!

Always friendly and helpful. Hard working staff. Good selection of misc items. Vouchers for items at the warehouse. Awesome food pantry. Lists of available services in the area, they help you sign up for them. A very knowledgeable staff. Love ❤️ it there.
