Some of the coolest things I've ever seen at an thrift store! I came in one time and there were a bunch of original flyers for the sunset strip in the 60's. I saw stuff for the Doors at the whiskey, Cream, Iron butterfly, and a bunch of others. And I don't know anything about antiques but if someone did, they could probably find all kinds of gems in this place. I was there this evening and decided to flip through this book and there was an inscription on the first page that was from 1936! How cool is that!? I picked up a bunch of Xmas lights for like 3 bucks. They always have tons of great Xmas stuff before the holidays!

Always friendly and helpful. Hard working staff. Good selection of misc items. Vouchers for items at the warehouse. Awesome food pantry. Lists of available services in the area, they help you sign up for them. A very knowledgeable staff. Love ❤️ it there.

I came in at 5oclock and asked if I could get some blankets donated to me. It's starting to snow and due to my autoimmune disease I can't get the COVID vaccine and was turned away at the shelter. Removing so many resources you would assume would be available. Sure aren't. Your donations are not going to the needy. They are going to the poor. Not the cold and weathered or hungry. The staff was rude and appalled at me even asking them to have blankets donated so that I don't freeze. They left me feeling powerless and humiliated for even asking for the help. Now I have to go beg the part of society that's already donated their extras for people like me to a donation store that lied about helping people like me. I hope I don't get ridiculed and turned away yet again. God bless us all this cold wintery Christmas season!

Lots of variety. Several antique items. Some things were a bit high in my opinion for a thrift store. Things are as is right from the truck. Snow boards, furniture, clothes , DVDs, records, dishes you name it.

There is a lot of room here for improvement. Not having any shopping carts is a problem also not having open fitting rooms detours people from purchasing them. The racks are bulging with over priced clothes and no way to try them on. I like to support local in every way I can, but these are two issues that will keep me from coming back. The staff is always nice and helpful but not sure that's enough to keep me coming back.

Great prices. Clean store. Alot of dvds to choose from. My hubby found what he was looking for. Only thing, the bleach they were using to mop floors was very strong. Daughter and I left with a headache.

Posting about the Salvation Army's Rehab program.I have a family member who has substance abuse challenges and found that Salvation Army has a 6 month live in program for substance abuse issues. The first thirty days you have no contact with friends or family which gives you the opportunity to look at how substance abuse has affected your life and relationships. Then you live there for 6 months.Everything is supported by the Salvation Army, but you are expected to work there for them.Sounds like a win-win opportunity to me. I support Salvation Army by donating used goods and donating when you see the folks ringing their bells outside of stores during the holiday season.

This is a great store, with great people aI always find something there and usually something very unusual that I can use for a gift or just around the house. I love this store, plus I love what the salvation army stand for and how they help the Reno community!

This store has a wide selection of items and is open not very convenient hours. Also the help is very good. Though some items are priced too high for a thrift store. I will not buy something from the thrift store I can buy on eBay for the same price or less
