I talked with a guy that talked so fast like a used car salesman. He didn’t listen to my needs and was extremely rude and not helpful. Totally understandable if they don’t have a unit I needed.. however he needs help with his customer service. I would be afraid to leave my belongings in an establishment that treated a potential customer in the manor he treated me
