For 2 smart water and Massion Perrier charged me 10 bucks. After I said I have rewards, the price change to 7.5. No one told me that i need rewards to get 99 cents smart water. Also when i checked out, there is no price shows on the screen. 🙂

This shell station needs help. Every time I go in no matter what they say the bathroom is down. Like 6 months you have not had a bathroom . Come on do better I have been getting gas here for years and now this is how it is. I spend around 150 when I fill up I am no longer going to get gas here.

Sarah was absolutely disrespectful and rude when I had no idea how to enter in.I had no clue I had to look up at the camera in order to enter in. It was my first time with this system, and then yelled at meThen when I was walking she started saying bad things to another customer about me.I was disrespect and if I ever notice her again, I won’t enter and get gas. I’m a frequent customer considering what had just happened. I may not return.I suggest the manager should give a lesson to the employees about how to treat customers because my day was ruined because of SARAH!!!Have a good day with my 1 star review!

Called over 22 Shell gas stations in Nevada, nearby Calif-My question iswhen will summer fuel begin. All said DUNNNNO never heard of that!Emailed Shell-their reply to all 9 email requests=NO REPLY/email. Feelso bad that I bothered them after using their gas for 60 years! time to switch to Chevron for my museum of 35 cars-guess i bought too much.All 22 stations never heard of a summer winter blend/DUNNNNOSSSS!

The manager and the cashier watched me through the window as I tried to use my debit card to no avail. Unfortunately, it been demagnetized. I needed to top off my rental car. It was a freezing afternoon. Windy and cold the cashier made five attempts outside with me. I'm sorry I didn't get your name nor your manager but they ended up giving me $10 of gas. Not at my request they did it because it was the right thing to do. If you're ever in Reno Nevada support the station that went out of its way for a stranger, this is really worth mentioning. I usually get my gas at the Costco. I will never again. I will always go here. Thank you for helping me.

I usually dont rate gas stations since they arent really a "service ". I felt compelled to rate this location due to the sole fact of the good employees working here. I've come in here a few times on graveyard and theres always a white man with glasses no hair on that shift. This guy must be the friendliest gas station employee this city has ever seen. This guy is always super nice and respectful to everyone that comes in that door. He also is always cleaning the inside and always has a positive attitude no matter the night. Even though customer service isnt the most reviewed in gas stations, this employee deserves the full recognition.

Gas stations are pretty similar, but the personnel here are very helpful and pleasant . (Renee) Look for the Jacksons name on the fro t of the station.

Rude nasty rude African American woman at the register. Bad attitude and downright rude to me. Definitely not getting my business ever again I was going to buy some other things while fueling up but I decided to proceed elsewhere. Good luck with that employee
