This gas station does have amazing coffee but when they don't have the creamer for your amazing coffee, it's really pointless. when you ask the employees to see if they could change the creamer, they look at you like you're asking them to change the oil of your car. They been out of the creamer for a week that I know of, the least they can do is put a sign that says out of order then we don't have to waste our money, pouring coffee, thinking there's coffee creamer when there's not. How hard is it to put a sign up? I use to to come here on the weekends, not no more. You know who doesn't let stuff run out Starbucks, it's more money but I'm not wasting time, not feeling stupid when you let them know something is out, and I get my coffee within mins so I can move on with my day instead of driving everywhere for some coffee creamer or being mad that this is the second week in a row where I wasted my time and money. Something that take 5 mins turns into 30 minutes before I actually get to drink any type of coffee, put a sign that says out of order. If you don't wanna do your job and change it or maybe you just don't have any in the store, by put a sign up atleast. This is peoples time and money that you're wasting..

I have lived in this neighborhood, across the street from Jackson's on Clear Acre (not sure why it says San Francisco) for a little over three years. Cashiers come and go, but they are generally very friendly and professional. There have even been times, especially when the pandemic first hit, when late at night, iffy customers tried to rush the lone cashier, and I acted like a kind of security guard to make sure he was safe until business slowed down and I could purchase my items and go home. I've never had any problems until recently. There is a cashier there now, who is ever so much less than friendly, and for some reason whenever my daughter and I come in, there's a problem. Previously, when I come in the store, he runs back into the office to pretend he's doing something important so someone else can ring me up. In the short few months that he's been there, he's only rung me up once. Yes, I noticed. Once. Whenever I go in to buy a money order, the machine is ALWAYS out of service. I think they do that on purpose at the beginning of the month so they don't have to be bothered. And I've never ever seen him stock a single thing. I went in this morning, and he tried to run back in the office when he saw us walk up, and I noticed he had locked the doors. I knocked on the window, because I KNOW he saw me, so he writes this handmade little sign saying he's closing out and to come back in a half hour. I went across the street hoping that store would be open, and as we were coming back, it looked like he was going to open the store for some people who had just drove up, but then turned them away. This store is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. I am livid. My daughter wasn't feeling well, and I wanted to get some medicine really quick for her. I don't drive, which is why I love that this Jackson's is so close for emergencies. But not today. This is the first time I've ever seen the doors locked for any reason. Not even at Christmas!! I don't know what his problem is with me, because I've done nothing to him, but he's been snotty and snarky since day one. I thought it was just me, but my neighbor shop here as well, and she remarked on it when we were both in the store at the same time. I talked to a few other of my neighbors and they said they noticed or are having the same issues. Even talking to a couple of the people who service the store with products don't care for him. People notice, and people talk. He's getting a reputation. If you don't want to work, or don't want to provide quality customer service to the people in THIS neighborhood, I suggest you transfer to another store or get a different type of job so you can be around the people you like or you may find yourself without a job. I may not look like much to you, but my money spends just as well as anyone else's, and it pays YOUR salary. Remember that.

One star there's all these guys here I pull up at 8 o'clock in the morning I pull up at 8 o'clock in the morning happy is the restroom their pumps are all blocked off did you have a sign in the front that says they don't open until 830 one of the employees out front says that I can go in and use the restroom considering that's all I have to do walk inside I got three other employees telling me that they're closed I understand that but the guy outside so that I could use the restroom but unfortunately these three individualsTold me that her clothes and I can I use the restroom this place is screwed Managers of a gas station with a God complex if I wasn't in my work uniform I would've just use the bathroom in the middle of the floor

So i'm a regular customer, and i notice every time i come in there's this one cashier that's particularly rude. I havent caught a name , shes a older woman and looks like she's african american with glasses. She often stares with a unkind face and when telling about items she does very rudely. When i get to the register she's just so rude and sounds so irritated and when i tell her to keep the change, she unpleasantly goes mmh like as if she expects it , and it honestly makes me want to just go back for my change. I honestly think someone needs to talk to her about her issue because it NEEDS to be fixed.

Worst gas station I've ever been to in my life. I never thought I'd ever even write those words, because it's a gas station, who cares? But this place is seriously terrible. Numerous times going there at 7 AM and there's only one person manning a register. Multiple times there's an employee there during the rush and instead of running a register they're farting around talking to regulars or otherwise being unproductive. One of their employees is apparently extremely hard of hearing and is always giving me the wrong cigarettes. Sorry, but "shorts" sounds nothing like "one hundreds."

Must join the Fuel Rewards Program, get the most off of the money you are spending. You have to buy gas, might as well get rewards for it.
