Called few coin shops in town for a quote and I ended up selling to this small local coin shop.They are very honest and fair, I felt like I wasn’t getting robbed. Tom and his son Cody explained everything before I committed on selling my coins. They were so polite, they answered all of my questions! They made it so easy. I recommend this place. Go check them out if you want to sell any coins or jewelry!!!

Drove to store on a Tuesday at 1:30 and was told they only have appointments and was too busy to sell silver rounds. Very rude guy came to the door! Would not waste your time going to this place.

My father passed leaving me with a large coin collection of various values, many were the types advertised in newspaper inserts (not worth what he paid) some worth their weight in gold.Called Tom and made an appointment since it was a large collection. Both Tom & his son Cody helped my wife & I carry in the boxes then locked the door giving us privacy and their full attention. They explained how each and every coin was valued and how much they would pay. They spent FOUR hours with us and were open and honest with the entire process. Before choosing this business I visited three different coin dealers with a sampling of coins - Tom & Cody offered the highest prices. While we were finishing our transaction Tom opened the door to let another customer in who was selling a 1oz Krugerrand coin. I overheard how much Tom would pay and the customer was shocked saying that the coin shop down the street offered almost $500.00 less! There's a reason this family owned business has been around so long. I have a handful of coins yet to sell and will definitely be back.

I had the best experience here and cannot recommend Sierra Silver & Gold enough! Tom, the owner, was super helpful and friendly. He gave me a fair price for my scrap silver and I was in and out of there in under fifteen minutes.

I went to see if my old coins (silver dollars, quarters, etc.) had any value. Both Tom and his son were so helpful and knowledgeable. They explained to me the amount of silver and gold each of my coins had and their value. I am very pleased with their service, pricing, and honesty. There was absolutely no pressure on me to make any decisions concerning my collection of coins on whether to keep or sell them. I'll definitely return if I have any other items.John

Cody and Tom are great! When my father passed away, he had a box of random coins and two books of a penny collection he started when he was a kid. I wanted to have the coins looked at and appraised just in case any of them were worth anything. I called the store and made an appointment. Tom spent an hour with me going over each coin and telling me why it was not valuable. He was so nice and I was surprised how much time he spent with me. I really appreciated it. He ended up buying all the silver plated coins and showed me their current value so I was informed before making a decision. I highly recommend this company.

Worst process for silver or gold. Won't even pay spot for your silver. Got totally ripped off. Would never have sold anything if I wasn't in a pinch, and no not from gambling. Told scam artist's taking advantage of desperate people.
