They provide everything you need, such as yoga mats, blocks, straps, and meditation pillows—literally everything. Instructors do a great job making movements flow into the next, with plenty of options for each pose to cater to every skill level, whether for a first-timer or someone more experienced. Many clients leave feeling a release of negativity and with renewed hope for the future. The studio helps people navigate personal challenges, offering tools and support that can feel life-changing. The team is accommodating, even for those with crazy and sporadic schedules, always finding time. Clients express deep gratitude, highly recommend the studio, and plan to return. A very welcoming and peaceful studio. It’s absolutely beautiful! Staff and teachers are all so kind and unique. There is a variety of yoga, meditation, sound healing and more classes and workshops for adults and kids.
