Went in bout a vape pen the lady was nice went around street opens it tip was broke went back in an said tip was busted she was ignorant I told her no need to have a attitude an she accused me of dropping it which I did not would not return it spent 45 $ an had to spend a bother 8 bucks fore a new tip that is. 7$ fore a pack a 6 on line but not the point that heavy set girl is nasty I will never go back

I ran into this store to buy new headphones because the ones I had petered out during my walk. The new ones cost 10 bucks. This is a tiny little store, full of snacks, like cupcakes, candy, ice cream, etc plus alcohol, cigarettes, lighters ,headphones, phone chargers, etc. They also have a small selection of hair products, toilet paper, air freshener, and the like. The people who work here are exceptionally friendly, and helpful. The only drawback is there are shoplifters constantly, who are chased down, tackled, humiliated, etc by a certain guy who is working in the back. The shoplifting is frequent. It's all uncomfortable, but it is what it is.

I have no idea who that picture is of? Lol But silver smoke rocks! Masud has the best store in downtown Reno by far. Cheapest prices at a convenience store in all of Reno on food and drinks, period. And he's right downtown. It's a small store and gets a little tight especially on weekends or events, but that's what makes it so great. There's no dilly dallying around you find what you need and you are quick to be in and out of there on the way to wherever you're heading. All the residents that live downtown shop at Silver Smoke. Great staff, great selection, great owner, great store!!!
