Blaik Deserves a Raise—The Definition of Excellent Service
I recently visited the Skechers store and felt compelled to write this review to recognize an extraordinary employee, Blaik.
The store was incredibly busy—packed with customers—and Blaik was managing the entire front end completely by herself. Despite the overwhelming situation, she handled the line with absolute grace, speed, and professionalism. There was no visible stress, no rushed interaction; she greeted every single customer with patience and a genuine smile, all while efficiently processing transactions and answering questions.
Blaik is a shining example of what exceptional customer service truly means. She single-handedly kept the store running smoothly when it should have been impossible. If an employee can maintain that level of performance and positive attitude under such pressure, they are invaluable.
To Skechers management: You do not pay Blaik enough. She is an irreplaceable asset, and she absolutely deserves a significant raise and formal recognition for her dedication. Thank you, Blaik, for turning a chaotic shopping experience into a positive one.

Skechers shoes are tremendous and I have bought many of them. That may stop! I visited the Sparks Nevada store last week thigh the intent to make one or two purchases. As best as I could tell, there were only two employees on the floor. I needed assistance. One employee ignored me completely .. not even a greeting. The other was rude and couldn’t be bothered. Both remained focused on tending their shelves. I was there for fifteen minutes and finally walked out without buying anything. I doubt that I’ll go back. Michael Patterson, Reno

All the staff at this store were helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. They were busy, but offered the best of service. Blake was especially helpful in assisting with our online order. Thank you Skechers staff at the Reno, Meadowood mall.

Great customer service from Blake, very kind and helpful. Good selection of shoes though I do with they had more small sizes in mens because I like mens shoes more but need a 6.5 or 7. No ones fault.

The only reason I didn’t give a one star was because their customer service was pretty nice. However everything else was most unpleasant. A lot of shoes however NO SIZES?! Wanted to take advantage of a Memorial Day deal however they literally had nothing in stock. Couldn’t provide information for when things would be back in stock. (Apparently corporate just sends them “whatever whenever?” Idk just what the employees said.) and no I don’t want to shop online because I have to try it on.
Idk we wanted to try on like 16 different pairs of shoes (pretty much the whole little girls section,) and there was not one shoe in our size. We weren’t the only ones having this problem. Furthermore, the store was not at all very handicapped accessible. I had to get out of my chair to get to anywhere. won’t be back because of it

came in WED night. I'm so disappointed. Every shoe I wanted... which there were plenty ...they did not have my size which is very average size 8. Lady at register was horrid and very unapproachable. I kept trying to be upbeat with her nasty aZZ but she wouldn't budge. These kind of people should not be in customer service At All. SKECHERS WILL BE HEARING FROM ME!!!

Super unhelpful employee and by unhelpful I mean the only employee in the store just gave us dirty looks the entire time I was in the store.She didn't even say hello. Didn't want to inconvenience her by purchasing shoes so we left.
