Horrible customer service and warranty. Spent $22k on 2 beds, 3 years ago and foot warmer went out on one. Had to pay $60 for the part and install it myself!!! Got the part in the mail and it is wrong. They don’t have the part available and we are fighting with them still.
Never again!!!

Adam was awesome. No pressure sales. I have one in our RV. My daughter and her husband purchased one. My brother and I purchased one for Mom, and then he ended up buying one for himself.

Loved the customer service and all the information I received and fell in love with the mattress. I spent more then I planned but I have no regrets. Delivery is set for next week and I was helped by Gus very nice young man

Unfortunately our air chamber broke after 2 years and 1 month of use. Beware of their warranty because after the first year they prorate their coverage and the customer is responsible for paying for 40% of the repair in year two. Customer service clarified and stated that after the first year the customer is responsible for 40% of the cost of the repair plus a $50 shipping for the item. The customer's responsibility goes up 4% each year after.
For instance, I’m now on the hook for another $360 if I want my bed fixed. And if I want it fixed by a technician that’s another $190. I tried calling the store but they picked up the phone and then immediately hung it up. I regret recommending this bed to family friend of ours. But the good thing is they’re still well within their 100 nights and they’ll likely return it after I tell them what happened. That’s my next phone call.
Evidently this is a common problem both with the product and customer service. Just read some of the reviews.
Update: I spoke with Gus at this location. He was less than helpful and assured me that I would have to pay to get it fixed. Then he hung up on me. This place is terrible. So is the product. Buyer beware.

Adam offered professional, honest customer service. Dad found the bed he was looking for quickly and was well taken care of. We all have these beds and love them. Very helpful for bad backs and old bodies. ;)

If there is a mattress store to go to this one is the one for you. Great customer service and the staff there is very hands on ordinated 10/10 recommend to any purchaser.

We purchased a ‘smart bed’ split flex king bed.
It was ridiculously expensive but it is very comfortable.
The smart part was unnecessary and confusing to use, so that was a problem.
Last week we went to the sleep number store to take advantage of their so called sale on bedding. The ads were quite misleading.
We bought 2 sets of sheets specifically for the bed we bought. The claim to fit both king and California king. They are too big and baggie, and not very soft. There doesn’t appear to be any sheets that fit this bed well.
Research the claims before you buy.
The people at the store were very nice, but the sheets are hugely expensive for what you get, and you’re locked in to buying the sheets that they claim will fit correctly.
