Shohreh and Tegan and the rest of the staff here are hard workers and try so hard to help the customer. They always seem so short staffed/super busy, but if you wait a minute, they will help you and answer all your questions/needs. Smith's/Kroger needs to help them out staffing wise because they always seem to be working at 110%.

Went to pick up post-op prescriptions for my friend. The kindest and gentlest people and they have the best policy for helping self-pay patients with the excellent discounts. Their humanitarianism and professionalism is next level. Kudos to Amanda and Dave who were polite and very courteous and took the pain to explain everything in detail. 👍🏼🙏🏻💐

I drove down to this store from Spanish Springs because I don't like the setup of the store up that way off Baring. The store has a weird feel to it and I'm not a fan of the cameras with the screen on the self checkout. I'm really not a fan of it when I'm forced to use the self checkout because there aren't any cashiers working a register. If I hadn't spent so much time going through and figuring out what to get, I would've left the other store without purchasing anything. Either way, I came to this store also because I liked the cinnamon rolls the last few times I've purchased them here. This time, after driving down here I made it down and didn't find what I was looking for. Bertha from the bakery department assisted me and I really appreciated the fact that she didn't just tell me she couldn't help me and leave it at that, she used her head and figured out a solution to get me what I wanted. She didn't take the tip that I wanted to give her in appreciation, but I figured I could at least write a review. She used her head to keep up customer satisfaction and dedication like that leads to loyalty to a store.

Been going here for years, for both Rx and vaccinations. The people are friendly. They help you find the lowest available price. The pharmacists explain using a new Rx clearly.

When a Dr calls in your prescription it never gets filled until you come in to complain. Then you have to wait another hour for them to do it. I always wait 24 hours at least to show up, and always past the time it says it should be ready in the app and never once has it been filled in the last year.

I really like this store however the last several months there is always someone posted at the exit of the self checkout, by the checkout line, or at the entrance of the store aggressively trying to sell me internet or something similar. If it continues no matter how much I like the store I’ll find another grocery store. I just want to get my groceries without being chased down and sold on something that has nothing to do with groceries.

I previously used Smith’s pharmacy but had to change due to my insurance. I miss the friendly faces and the professional way which customers are treated. It was always so convenient to do my shopping while my prescription was being readied. Highly recommend them!

First off, I am a loyal smiths south meadows customer since 2014. Unfortunately, customer service of the cashiers and management has been lacking for some time- specifically cashier Rebecca and manager Chris. I get they are understaffed and tired but when you are rude and take it out on customers, what does that solve? I go out of my way to avoid Rebecca's line now when she is working.Now the pharmacy is going downhill- they also seem understaffed and overwhelmed. The past two prescriptions i tried to fill here had to be transferred to Walmart due to stock issues. Tech Amanda and Audrey do not have great customer service. Not necessarily rude but very short, placing people on hold without giving them a chance to acknowledge it, hanging up after being on hold for ten minutes, not offering help or solutions just saying "no" and looking at customer for next steps.

I have been shopping with Smith's for over 15 years and it is really going down hill in the South Meadows store. First of all the carts are so dirty and have been since before covid. There are not enough clerks or baggers to help the few clerks that are working. The stockers are filling the shelves in the daytime and they and the cases are always in the way, someone, if they have not already, will fall.

They had a sale on an item that we use a lot on the digital coupons. I'm not the most tech-savvy person. Diane clerk at the self-serve check out, and was so helpful. She navigated me through the process. Diane is a great asset to the Smiths organization.

Very nice pharmacist and technicians.Helped me with a discount for my prescriptions which helped a lot since I am still new to Reno.Needed medications for ongoing pneumonia that I have had for a little over 3 months now Hopefully it will go away.

Smiths is the only store I can get the crab cakes I like and I seldom make the trip. I did and unfortunately the clerk neglected to sign me into my account so I could get my discounts. That meant another trip. Fortunately no hassles getting the discounts I was due. I find this store a bit pricey but seeing the Kroger brand brings back pleasant memories.

I kind of want to change pharmacies. There is a medication that runs out on the tenth, and they had it down for auto refill on the 17th. The lady explained when I called, so I told her when the meds actually need to be filled, but she never fixed the auto fill date, just told me to call back next week to get it filled. Who does that?!!!!!!!!!!! Piss poor customer service.In the past, their auto fill service never filled the med on time, anyway. I usually always had to call.
