I saw Ale today and she was amazing. Very gentle with my toes and the service was very relaxing. The cocktail was the cherry on top

Careful of this place. They charge 50% if you don’t show or cancel and reduce your service if you are a tad late. They cancelled on us 3 hours prior to our appointment leaving us with no time to reserve somewhere else. Disappointed.

I'm truly in between three and four stars. I'm leaning towards four because you can purchase a cocktail or two with your service. Pro: I was 20 minutes early and they were able to seat me until my appointment at 4pm. I reserved two gel pedicures for my friend and I. Our service started close to on time which was nice. My technician did a wonderful job cutting my toenails short, cleaning up the cuticles and applying the gel nail paint. Both technicians were also very polite. We both enjoyed two cocktails during our service and were not rushed to leave. The services- $130.00 4 cocktails-$56.00 $25.00 tip per technician-$50.00 Totaled to 236.00 which wasn't bad. Con: We were put in one of the upstairs rooms which was warmer than I would have liked. I know the house is old, but it was warm. The bathroom is downstairs and the stairs are steep. If you have problems with stairs, like I do it can be a discomfort. The technician didn't do anything to my actual foot. I would have like to have a pumice stone for my heel and a few rough areas. I will buy a stone and do it myself. All in all not a bad experience, but I will ask for more during the actual service. I really thought my foot would be scrubbed, but that wasn't the case.

Calm, peaceful environment. Excellent basic pedicure. The esthetician was friendly and professional. She recommended the drink of the day which was delicious, light and fruity.

When I go to SOAK I am intentionally choosing to pay more for a more luxurious experience. I can get a pedicure for 45$ at other locations. My experience at SOAK has always been great, not this time. I waited for 20 minutes, ( she did apologize) got lukewarm water that did not even completely cover the tops of my feet. The application of the scrub and moisturizer was not done as a massage. The towels were barely warm, and got cold, very cold quickly. Polish and critical care was ok.
I believe this was a new tech, but still not ok. This was certainly not a $79 service. If you are changing your standards to equal those of other nail service locations, you our prices should reflect that.

I was honestly having a panic attack, when I stepped in …. I thought it would be a nice , relaxing environment….. everyone was really nice …. But I’m happy , to pay and give a nice tip for a job well done…. Our bill was almost $400 And the quality was so bad We ended up taking our gel nails off Before the first 5 days …. Then I started getting hang nails and my feet were cracked Very disappointed in the service … if you do go there Ask to go upstairs….. that was the only good part of it!

Tried to book a 2 person pedicure for my BFFs birthday, was unable to do so without agreeing to pre-payment. Thinking I must misunderstand, I called, and was told the same thing - we do not make appointments without a guaranteed pre-payment. I'm not likely to agree to pay $200 before I've ever walked in the door or any services have been rendered.

My $65 manicure left my hand, super dry with residue from the mask and the blue soak had stained the tips of my fingers. My three-year-old daughter had come with me. I originally booked Mani and pedi for her. After taking an hour and 10 minutes to do my daughter's manicure, they let me know that she would not get a pedicure because the tech is new so that's why she took so long and they ran out of time for my daughters pedicure. We definitely will not be back.

My main issue is with thinking about the overall experience of the pedicure, combined with the cost. It is 75$ plus tip for a pedicure. I requested extra attention to my calluses on heals. She just used a little scrub brush on my heals, and final massage was just a lotion rub. So overall relaxing, but definitely not something I would do again. I think the Walmart dude did a better job on callises and foot massage wise, at half the price! So, I guess Im confused about why this cost so much??? Nothing that special. Also, here is a picture of my heels 2-days later. As you can see, really nothing was done to my heel calluses.

Isabel is such a fabulous technician. Also, the young lady at the front desk is very kind. She remembered me from past visits and knew which color I always use. That was very kind.

My boyfriend and I did the toes for two and it was honestly the best pedicure I've ever had! Our techs were so friendly, helpful, informative and just fun! They took great care of us and checked in with us the entire time with how their pressure was or the heat of the towels. The included drink was delicious as well!
