Unfortunately, we will not be coming back here! Food and Service go hand in hand, and they def lack the service piece. No one greeted us even though the manager and servers looked at us when we walked in. A server came out of the kitchen, she said she couldn't seat us and needed to talk to the hostess. But then proceed to seat us. 10 mins later our waitress dropped off water and said she'll be back to take our order. Another 10 mins went by and she never came back and couldn't even flag any of the other servers or manager as no one wanted to make eye contact. We ended up just walking out. We had their pizza there previously, and it was good, too bad they don't care about customer service.

We have been coming here for 5 years. We have always loved the food and service. Yes , sometimes there's a wait for your drinks or pizza because they're so busy, but we have always been very patient, kind and generous. Tonight was different and we have lost our patience.... So sad. . We sat at the bar, which we have many times, boy what a disappointment! The service was not only non existent, he would not even look our way. We had to flag someone down for everything we needed. We still were kind and left a nice tip and the bartender/server wouldn't even look our way to say thank you as we left. It was not just us but every couple at the bar who had an issue. The last few times we have been there , they seem overwhelmed. Will not go back again any time soon.

SouthCreek pizza is delicious! The service is great. They have unique pizzas in which the toppings are complementary of each other. Their salads are fresh and flavorful. I love their Solstice salad and their Pear-a-dice pizza!

Just got my first pizza from south creek. So they only offer one size, which is really just a personal size pizza.. if you are feeding a family get 1 entire pizza per person. The flavor was good, but on my margarita pizza, I only had about 5 small areas of mozzarella cheese.. definitely not enough sauce or cheese. Sorry I likely won’t be going back. I’m about to eat the salad, hopefully that makes up for the pizza. I paid 35 dollars for dinner that really just feeds on person.. I could’ve had a fine steak and a glass of wine for that price. But, go try it for your self and see if you think it’s worth it. I’m from Chicago and still no good pizza pies in town, very disappointing. Taste of Chicago off Moana is still my go to and a great pizza for your money and you’ll go to sleep

Pizzas are all thin crust. Good customer service. We had Mallory and she was great.Good saladsBasic pie was somewhat bland in flavor. I wish it had more sauce. Maybe it was the sauce lacking flavor. Its basic pie for sure.I do have to say the crust is not my favorite of local pizza places but still rate it good just not great.Mikey pie had great flavor. We also did the pear with arugula pie that had a little sweet hint to it.

Only place in America that I have ever found to closely replicate a margarita pizza. Everywhere else just does a cheese pizza and calls it margarita. The ambiance is cozy and feels authentic. They have quality wine selections and great service. I can't wait to come back!

We were still looking for good pizza in Reno (Connecticut transplants - birthplace of American pizza!) when we decided to try South Creek for lunch. A few weeks ago, we stopped in on a Friday and couldn't wait for the predicted 45 minutes as we were on our way to Reno Little Theater. Lunch crowd was very light, perhaps because they had recently added lunch hours on Fridays? All you need to know is that the pizza IS EXCELLENT! We tried the Truffle Shuffle and the Spinaci and both were crisp and flavorful. Plenty for two for lunch with left-overs to enjoy later. The meatball app was good; only three meatballs, so not a great value at $12. Beer selection is good and we had a wonderful lunch on a rainyand cold Friday in March. Can't wait to return and try some of the other varieties of pizza!

The absolute BEST wood fired pizza I've had! We ordered a margarita and a pizza (can't remember name) but it had salami, sausage, hot honey, and a few other things on it. We both loved our meals! I got a coke and they serve the Mexican kind in the glass bottle which is so much better. One nice touch was they bring you a small plate of fresh Parmesan, dried oregano, and dried hot peppers. The bartender / waitress gal was so warm and friendly! It was fun sitting at the bar, watching the diverse group of younger (mostly 20's, early 30's) group of staff all work so well like a well oiled machine! If you want more than just mediocre pizza, go visit this place! I can't wait to go back

We love South Creek Pizza! The pizza is the best in Reno and the service makes you want to keep coming back. Also, highly recommend the affogato for dessert! Perfect for a date night :)

3 stars for the service and ambience. The staff are spectacular and the room is fantastic but the pizza itself is disappointing. I came here a few years ago and the pizza was disappointing and figured I'd try it again today and nothing has changed. I've had the best pizza from all over the world. Chicago, NYC, and Italy. Obviously this is Reno,NV and the pizza here won't compare but there is still decent pizza in Reno. Most recently I got the margarita pizza. It was very chewy and flappy. They put a very light basic sauce on. Not enough basil and not enough cheese. If you like chewy undercooked dough with a slight pizza sauce flavor and want to pay $20 for it, this is your spot. My suggestions, up the cheese and sauce, cook a little longer and you have an amazing pizza spot.

This place is a hidden gem! They have the best pizza! The crust comes out thin and bubbly. The salads are great too! A small is definitely enough split between 2, even possibly 3, for an appetizer. I got the pear one with goat cheese, cranberries, and walnuts. It was so good! Their ranch is housemade with fresh dill. Delicious! My mom LOVES the hot honey! I got the spinaci and added arugula at the end. My mom got the Frankie p and added fresh jalapeños.
