Didn't even end up getting my car fixed here but I wished I had! They were awesome, very helpful and quick, even checked back in to see if I did get my car fixed which is more than what jeep did. Definitely going to head back if something comes up 😊

I was referred here by another shop that wasn't able to fix my problem. Customer service was great and so is their communication. However, the pricing is not. They gave a quote to me of $2500 to do the work. Mind you my original shop already told me it should be around $1500 for the work if they would've had the right equipment. Once Southgate sent over the quote with everything broken out. I was shocked. I immediately called the dealership and asked for a rough estimate for what I needed done. They quoted $1500. Needless to say I let the dealership fix my vehicle. And it got a warranty with that price. It's sad when your shop is charging $1000 more than a dealership!

Awesome service! 5 Star auto shop. Real mechanics that know their stuff. They prepared my 1999 Chevy Tahoe for a trip down the entire length of the Baja. It took a real beating down and back and never skipped a beat. You can trust these guys to make the proper diagnosis, repair what needs to be done and get you down the road safely. Top notch, first cabin, top of the line family run local business!👍

I took my 2002 Toyota Camry to Southgate Automotive due to a check engine light issue. Not only were they knowledgeable and honest, but they were beyond friendly. Seasmus(sorry if I butchered the name!) at the front desk was very helpful and had probably the best customer service I have seen in ages!
I truly felt like I was dealing with family.
I will definitely be back!

Very friendly environment. Reasonably priced for automotive care. Work with you to accommodate your needs for your vehicle. It’s hard to find trust worthy mechanic shops. I would recommend this place.

Amazing service at Southgate Automotive. They really went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and get the brakes replaced on my Audi so quickly. The BEST pricing and the staff were very helpful, informative, and polite through the whole process.

Very helpful always. Always treat my wife and I right and are looking out for our interests as well as theirs! They always seek approval before any repair work gets done so we aren't surprised by the bill.
