The wedding department did such a poor job of handling my bridal bouquet and boutonnière. I had spoken with Jen both in person and over the phone to place my order. I showed her pictures and she called the wedding designer to follow up with him. She was great at communicating and putting in my order. My written order consisted of a cascading bouquet, white flowers only, no blush tones, roses, orchids, a filler flower, with dark greenery. I never once received any follow up from the wedding department. I had even called to check on my order because I hadn’t heard anything and I verified my contact info. I picked up my order on the previously agreed date and for some unknown reason, they brought in small orchids from Hawaii and the entire bouquet looked very tropical. My wedding was a traditional church wedding. No one had checked with me about any details. They had several examples in store of the common orchid that I wanted so I am not sure why they went with the Hawaiian orchids. The color of the filler flowers and roses was also ivory to match the Hawaiian orchids. After arguing with me, the wedding florist did go out of her way to fix the bouquet and boutonnière. The final was not what I originally wanted, it started falling apart because it was rushed, and the reused ivory flowers clashed with the white common orchid and my white dress. All of the added stress could have been avoided if the wedding department had tried to follow up with me. Maybe my order was too minor for them to pay attention to, but for me it was important. The stress and arguing was not worth it and I would recommend other brides avoid them for smaller orders.

I’m picky when it comes to flowers. Which is funny because I don’t know what I want, they’re not for me. I did almost 100% of my transaction in less than 2 emails and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Suzanne and her team is the best I’ve worked with. I’d give them more stars if I could.

Needed flowers for a memorial service, and I live in another state. The person on the phone was wonderful, working with ny budget to get what I needed, verifying all the information and going out of her way to be helpful and compassionate. Wonderful phone service, and definitely in the "above and beyond" category.The service is next week, but I am confident - based on this interaction - that we will be pleased with their work. And they promise photos of the arrangement before it goes out for delivery and a delivery confirmation after, without even being asked.ETA: the photo of the completed arrangement and delivery confirmation arrived as promised. Lovely!

I went through sparks florist for our wedding and cannot recommend them enough!! Terri took every idea I had and put it to fruition - these flowers exceeded every expectation I could have ever had. The bouquet was delivered to our venue day of along with the extra eucalyptus we ordered looking perfect. She also took care of everything!! She brought up the flowers, had them waiting for us, and put the flowers right on the cake for too. She was also so wonderful to work with, answering every email, and calling to keep us in the loop of everything.

We needed a day brightener sent to a friend undergoing a hard time. It was important to have a speedy delivery and several of the other local florists we called were unable or unwilling to fill the order. Sparks Florist was very helpful in making this happen in a smooth and reasonably priced transaction. Our friend just reached out to thank us for the lovely bouquet and it's only been a few hours since we placed the order. Great job, Sparks Florist!

I had the pleasure of using Sparks Florist for a few flower pieces for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! Terri was great to work with and helped me through the process seamlessly. I got my bouquets and boutonnieres from them plus a gorgeous piece for our arch. The prices were reasonable, especially compared to some other flower shops I had looked into. I highly recommend looking into them for wedding needs in the area.
