I saw this sign as soon as I walked into the store. Sounded like a good deal so I browsed the media. When I found a video game I wanted I went to purchase it. The cashier was ignorant of the sale and told me there wasn't one on media. I had to physically walk her to the sign to show her. To which she said " I don't know who would put that there, not us. " And gave me a weird look. Are you fricking kidding me? I asked to speak to the manager and the clerk literally scoffed at me before saying "Okay." and radio'd the manager. The manager Allison was of little use as well. She was covering the fitting room so I was directed to go walk to her. She said it was a mistake and was last week's sale and was unable to honor it because "we need all the money to save furry lives. These people are losers. Within 5 minutes of being in the store I've been accused, scoffed at, and an attempt at guilt tripping. Typical attitude to expect from liberal morons who have a rainbow flag hanging every 4 inches in the building. F*** this place.

I've always enjoyed shopping here. It's a great non profit that goes to a great cause BUT lately this place is changing, prices are going up like crazy, then they weren't able to take $100 bill, but they'll take a $50. Children's clothing used to be $3 a piece now it's $5 each or a 2 for $5. I don't think I'll be back this place is turning into a goodwill raising prices, they forget it's a second hand store and people shop here for a reason. I hope they actually look at this and rethink there process.

Bought a cup and saucer and would love shopped longer but they don't have bathrooms and there is nothing nearby to allow me to use the potty, so I had to go! (Literally)

The best thrift store in town. It's really clean and neatly organized. Prices are also very reasonable compared to goodwill and savers. Employees are all very kind too.

If I could give 0 stars today I would. I was sincerely disgusted with my interaction with an employee named Megan during my visit today. I want to preface that I usually LOVE visiting this location. The atmosphere and staff from my past experiences have been above and beyond and check all of my boxes when it comes to my customer service experience. To cut a long story short, I have been on a fitness journey and have lost a significant amount of weight, from a size 3x to now a 2/4. I had held off on updating a wardrobe due to nearing my end result of what I was physically after, and today was the day that I had convinced myself I was ready. This has brought on more anxiety than I had anticipated (no one tells you about the self image struggles that may occur emotionally) and for that I was so kindly encouraged by my husband to step out of my comfort zone and reward myself. We arrived, entered the store and to no luck of mine I found myself searching for some time. Like habit I had ended up back at my original sizing of clothes, 3x. No matter the size, I had caught a glimpse of this beautiful orange knit cardigan that I loved every detail to. it was definitely oversized on me, but to my appeal it made me feel confident to show what skin I wanted and cover what I didn't. It was perfect. I made my way to the front and was called to a register. As I smile and greet Megan, the first interaction I receive from her is informing me that the size is 3x. I replied with acknowledging the size and how beautiful I thought it was. "This is not your size, we can't have all of the skinny girls coming in here and taking our size clothes. You don't see me going after your clothes do you? I mean come on now." I couldn't believe this is what I was hearing from someone assisting me during my transaction. My smile faded quickly and I had felt so completely embarrassed I asked her to put it back for me. I left today in tears. I hope not a single sweet soul is ever met with that amount of judgement and bias while shopping at this store. If it were just up to me handling it, I wouldn't have written a review but to think that there might be someone out there who might not have the same coping tools to not take her actions to heart boils my blood. I will not be supporting businesses who allow this level of lack in compassion and emotional intelligence.

I like going to this thrift store. Employees are all nice and helpful. The prices aren't high like the Goodwill stores.

One of, if not the best, thrift store in Reno. Huge selection of so many different items, and the space to display them in so you don't feel like you're packed in to the gills. The downstairs is a ton of clothes and assorted kitchen goods, as well as books and random pet supplies. Upstairs you'll find all sorts of home decor and sporting goods, and I especially love coming this time of year when all the Christmas stuff is out. If you need a tree stand and aren't trying to pay $50 for a new one, come here! I have gotten two of those awesome red and green metal ones for $5. I love that my purchases help the animals too. The donation process is also super easy if you're looking for that, but you'll want to go to the right of the building by the wavy inflatable man vs the main entrance. Over on that side of the building you'll also find the last chance room for even deeper discounts!

Decent men's selection and good prices. They were playing good music which is uncommon in thrift stores.

Really good selection and super prices. Of the six shops we visited while in town, this was my wife's favorite. Not only does it support a GREAT cause, their prices are super reasonable. Wish I would have gotten a picture of the mural on the outside!

They have some really nice stuff. They have 3 color tag discounts 75%, 50% and 25% off every day. I got 5 Canada Goose jackets at this store last winter. All brand new with tags for $40 each. These are $1200-$2000 each in stores. Love this store.

Friendly employees. Decent sale prices ( unlike most other thrift stores in Reno). I enjoy going there to look around and get crafty ideas! 2 storys is a plus, and they're fairly well organized. It's one of my favorite thrifty stores in Reno.

Staff is friendly, for the most part - until a person is behind you adjusting every hanger you touch. Prices are a bit high for a thrift store and parking is tough. However, the store was clean and cashiers were great.

Dropped off a bunch of furniture today at 2:30pm when they stop donations at 3:00pm. They were so kind and quick to help unload the truck despite the heat. Really thankful
