You would think it would be a real hassle to deal with returning equipment , but they have a great system with waiting area and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had 7 people waiting in front me. A breath of fresh air compared to how they used to handle things.

The lines are usually fairly long. One time I came in and there were 25 people waiting. This time there is about half that. When you are waiting in line and have to pee THERE IS NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. Go before you come or your bladder might explode.
