I finally had enough of AT&T treating its loyal customers like crap. Switched to Verizon Wireless. So far I m very happy. Paying $100.00 /month less.

I have to add additional comments about Arturo in Reno. He was very patient and went way beyond expectations to identify benefits and savings we didn’t know existed or even to ask about. Could not hope for a better representative for Verizon.
