Like the free dryer zack is very helpful and awesome and Zack is always amazing but the $15 hold is bs definitely needs to be posted elsewhere subside of a little paper in the front it would be nice if they had csc pay instead of the garbage they have now that take $15 min but all in all if you stay away from Sunday its the best laundry mat I been to

Zach is amazing good customer service the place is a fair price for a wash , dry is usually free my problem is the 8 loader doesn't wash very well i have around 3 loads put one pod and its so soapy still it's crazy on how little it washes it the dryers are pretty bad too 4th time and still wet ahhh

Highly agitated. Spent money drying clothes and they wouldn’t dry because the dryers never got warm. Went to attendant and all he said was “Ya, we know. It’s always like that on the weekend and Mondays. They start to heat back up on Tuesdays. It’s because so many people are using them and I’ve told the owner and he doesn’t care!.” Peace out. I won’t be back.

Normally I love this place! This morning, not so much. I came in about 6am and there was garbage everywhere and half the dryers were not working! The ones that do work are not getting heat! I am very disappointed as I come every week and I have never seen it this bad

There's no charge for drying your clothes if you pay to wash them first. Great deal!

SUPER clean. Friendly, helpful attendant on premises. They will wash and fold for you, or you can do it yourself. Free wifi. Snacks and drinks for purchase from attendant. So happy to have found this place!!

(Long over due review)
This location has FREE DRYING which is nice. They also have workers cleaning their machines, so it gives peace of mind as they're are hundreds of people using these machines everyday. Parking is okay, as it gets packed in a small lot but they do have parking on both sides of the building.
The only downfall for me was comparing prices in other locations as they are pricey (of course this is my opinion, NOT a fact) and I saw I was being over charged on my card for about 2ish months until I noticed and stopped coming to this location.
I did speak to one of the female workers and I was told that it would be returned as its only a temporary hold....but nothing was ever returned/refunded (this was around April, so it sucked seeing my funds never coming back). I did see some old reviews about this similar situation...
They gave me a refillable card to use but this problem of never getting the temporary funds back honestly put me off of coming back for now...I would recommend to use another form of payment or their refillable laundry cards instead of your bank cards.
