I switched from Verizon because I was not satisfied with their service. I talked to a T mobile rep and explained what I was looking for. She was pleasant and helpful. She set my phone up, transferred my number, and got me going with T mobile.\\n\\nI am pleased with the transition.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Austin, Alanna, and Gustavo spent literally 3 DAYS working on our account to try to port our business numbers for us. This staff is incredible and really takes the time to make sure they do their best to help the customer. We really appreciate you guys!! Thank you!!Also, T-Mobile is the BEST company for phone, internet, and everything in between! Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else. Come to this location and get the best service and work the the best staff!

This is the worst company to do business with. They lie about billing and receiving of returned merchandise. Then when called on it, they acknowledge of receipt of items. I recorded the conversation and have ups receipt of return. Then in 26 days of notifying me about this issue they throw my account into collections. I have called them again but they say they received the package but have not scanned it yet. And still into collections. What a dangerous company. I have notified the BBB in reno. I would never do business with them again.

We had an excellent experience. Went in with one item in mind, then we're informed of options we had not considered, and walked out with all of our wireless plans in better shape than when we entered. Great, friendly, staff, and Danielle A. was beyond exception, in meeting all our needs. Will only recommend T-Mobile from now on.

T Mobile is an A ok mobile service that has reasonable plans. One of the least expensive and the quality in Reno is good and vast. Busy place, lots of options for new phones with lease plans. The customer service rep initally signed us up incorrectly and we had to return to make it right. All in all, I'd pick T Mobile over the more expensive competitors. Good service in the Reno area.

Came into the store to inquire about changing my phone provider from sprint to t-mobile. Although the companies have merged they are still separate in various ways. I had been having difficulty with billing issues, customer service reps not following through, and just tired of repeating my issue to several people by phone and nothing getting done. I was helped by the wonderful Jordan. She was a pleasure to have assisted me with my need. She was super patient and informative and although we had to wait to clear up an issue with sprint she got the job done! I was super relieved after leaving the store and thankful Jordan was able to get me the help I needed to make the switch happen.
