Didn't have an item on hand in the store so manager suggested ordering online in the store. Was told it would be one day shipping I'd have tomorrow. Turn out won't be there for 5 days. So I went on Amazon payed half the price and will ACTUALLY be here tomorrow. So when I go to store for refund they tell me I cannot refund the order that was made in the store online and an that they'll "try" to cancel the shipment an send a check in the mail with my refund. I find th e whole.situation to an absolute joke an i will never ever make the mistake of doing this again with staples an I highly don't recommend this store not that it gets much business anyways

For all your office needs this is a must visit store. The staff is super friendly!! Also they accept recycle of ink cartridge, used printers, and other electronics.

I enjoy shopping at my local Staples store because I can usually find just what I need at a decent price and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The new rewards program is easy to use without any hassle.

Slow under staffed. They close early and the print center is barely open. I needed some last minute printing for work and they were completely unhelpful. I was told that “the GM won’t authorize the printing” thanks a lot.
