Staybridge at Reno/Sparks is a great place to stay! I was there for four weeks and enjoyed hot breakfasts and happy hour!

Hotel room was basically a mini apartment which is nice if you are staying for an extensive stay. The breakfast and dinner food was always good. Staff extremely friendly. I even forgot a bag and realized once I returned home in another state and Jim who was in the front end when I called helped me resolve the problem super friendly and really went the extra mile to aid me. Would strongly recommend.

The ice maker didn't work, and the light in the refrigerator went out. I put in a service request and was ignored twice. We've stayed there before and had a few other issues that were promptly addressed, but the gentleman who works the front desk seems to have an issue with a mixed couple and ignored the request for the ice maker and bulb to be fixed. That was the last time we will stay there especially since I emailed the general manager and was ignored as in not even a canned response back. We checked out and went to another extended stay while we wait for our home repairs to be finished.

The room was very clean and it is pet friendly. I loved the indoor pool for the children. It has a wonderful barbecue patio with a fireplace as well. What I didn't agree nor liked was the fact I had to pay for parking. Paying this much for a room it should be free parking. On our second day there the cleaning Department skipped our room and didn't clean it or give us clean towels. Those are the only complaints that I have. I love the location very quiet and it's a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was a five star for me and my family.

The man at the front desk this morning was extremely rude. When I tried to fill my cup with coffee, he told me I was not able to use my own cup (which was slightly bigger than the disposable cups next to the machine) because he only makes a certain amount in the mornings. I'm sorry, I'm paying to stay here, breakfast is supposed to be included in my rate, and you're telling me I can only have one small cup of coffee? I don't think so. The rooms were ok, the AC was not very good and the pillows were very flat. Overall, it was fine for one night but for longer than one night I would go elsewhere (which is ironic since this is meant to me an extended stay hotel).

Reasonably priced suites... We got a double queen suite with a living room area sofa bed kitchenette the room felt huge the kitchen. It was awesome. Everything was included. Breakfast is included. They have an indoor pool. They have a patio area with grills. If you want to barbecue there's tons of stuff around it. The kids loved it. My dogs were welcome which was very nice. Not far from downtown. Definitely recommend! We had a beautiful view of the mountain. I loved loved loved this hotel/stay.

Excellently located if you are on business near outside Reno the rooms are clean and well-kept they have pets accommodations and they have a great breakfast in the morning. The pool is indoor for all season swimming. And their gym is fully stocked and the equipment is newest.

I highly recommend staying here. The location is away from busy downtown in a quiet business district. I was able to use the free laundry with a lot of machines that worked well. I had dogs ? and it was very easy on them as well. The room had almost a full size fridge and the kitchen was adequate. Staff was great all of them. The breakfast and 5pm Social was fun. There was a bit of mold and dirt in the bottom of the shower if I had any complaint that they cleaned immediately.Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The room was OK. But it wasn't worth the price we paid. The room smelled like someone had been smoking previously and it was really strongly covered up. The floors had stains all overThe bathroom had chipped walls and doors. The breakfast was great until the orange juice was watered down and the waffle mix ran out by 7:45am (breakfast starts at 7:30). Aside from the room feeling like a broken down apartment it was OK. The pull out couch was not acceptable for a bed at all. So if you plan to sleep more than 3 people or if you need one person per bed and your forced to use a pull out couch for a bed this will not due. It is the most uncomfortable bed and quite honestly I'm upset I had paid for the amount of people to sleep here when this was the option. It was no better than the floor. I'd like to have had the option to choose more beds or another room instead of that. The toilet paper roll holder fell off just from rolling out some of the toilet paper. One lady said they'd comp the parking, the next said I'm getting charged parking. I couldn't get past the smell of old smoke. It was musty. The beds are extra firm so be cautious of that. Not a bad thing for those who like it but also not the most comfortable at all. I'm just extremely put off that the room felt like a used up apartment and I really hate being told one thing and then getting charged any way. At best the room was worth half the cost. Will stay somewhere else when we come to Reno again. Also, unless you're friendly with the staff they don't greet you until your ready to check in. I stood there for almost 5 minutes, and there was no "welcome in" or anything. I don't expect a welcome parade or anything but she just recited the hotels welcome phrase when I got to the counter and proceeded to cough and complain about her eyelashes and being there on her day off. I didn't feel comfortable here because random quests were allowed to just waltz behind the desk and she didn't say anything. If she allowed that, what else was she going to allow. I didn't trust that I wasn't going to be charged for stuff I didn't ask for or that my info wasn't going to be all over the place. The desk had papers everywhere. Identifiable information was all over. How is that ok? That could've been a guest or private info.

I came in on business multiple times, staff is always welcoming and very helpful. They also have social hours monday-wednesday where they provide appetizers, beer, and wine complementary. Breakfast everyday. Place is great definitely would recommend.Rooms: Rooms are simple, have a closet kitchenette, all utensils, dishes, cooking utensils you need. You can request additional items or items you may not have.Nearby activities: Casinos are all about a 10 minute drive away. There is food nearby as well.Safety: The hotel is in the back of a business center. With it being a bit tucked away, you don't get alot of traffic coming in and out. Pretty quiet place.
