Beautiful store and concert stage with comfortable seating and great acoustics! The decorations for Christmas were up and pubch and cookies were served afterwards. Amazing young pianists that night!!!

Lamis is so kind, the store is always so clean. The pianos are gorgeous and there is a lovely stock of music books. There are several wonderful and world renowned music instructors teaching here as well.

This is a wonderful store! Besides Steinway, they have quality used pianos of various brands. I was able to try lots of pianos until I found the perfect one for me.

I had a technician come by back in 2017, Lamis recommended Wade, who was apparently trained and well-versed in Steinway's. I own a Steinway from 1875, appraised quite highly. I trusted them to take care of my Steinway, and upon tuning more damage was done. It took me two weeks to find out that the tech did not break not only one string, but three! I found out my self, inspecting it when I heard a bit of a rattle in the higher end. I was told they would come and repair it, and it never was. the ordeal lasted almost a year trying to get the piano fixed. I finally gave up. The company took my money and ran. Here we are, in the year 2023 in my piano was never fixed properly. Shame on them.

Me and my family were considering purchasing a steinway piano for home. Today I went over to this gallery and tinkered around on a couple of pianos to find that although a few here and there, needed a little bit of work, the quality of the pianos were fantastic. Not only that, the lady that was marketing them was kind and genuine. Definitely the kind of person I'd like to buy from. Although I didn't purchase a piano yet, I purchased sheet music and she even gave me a piece for free that she recommended for me. Will definitely encourage people going here if you're looking to purchase anything piano related. Also gives excellent lessons on Steinways. I'm from the bay area and god would I pay so much money to learn with high quality teachers and excellent steinway grands.

By far Reno's largest in-stock selection of pianos, new and used, including all three Steinway product lines as well as other brands. This is the go to place if you are interested in a piano. There are also a number of excellent professional piano teachers operating out of the store.

Amazing place, and amazing service! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and fun to go in and see the great pianos. They were also very helpful for moving a piano or tuning.
