We’ve been with StorQuest in Reno for 4 years now, and I have to say, they are some of the most professional and helpful people we’ve ever worked with. Jenette, the manager, has been absolutely incredible — she’s handled every single question and request we’ve had with kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The whole team here is fantastic, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. StorQuest Reno has made the entire storage experience so easy and stress-free. Honestly, they’re the best of the best. Highly recommend!

I moved in in August got discounted first month. Then in October I received a letter that rate would increase by $115 per month. Was told that we are month to month and they could change rate at any time.
I have heard from others, afterwards that they regularly raise rates every 4 months. They either get the new rate or you move your stuff.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!! 5x10 unit is 4’9”x8’6. When making my move in online I clicked on a box which offered a unit inspection. When I arrived the staff would not allow me to change the unit assigned without paying a 39.00 unit change even though I had not moved into the unit. I explained the air duct directly above the unit door could cause a difficult situation with my furniture. He would not accommodate my concern. He never offered to accompany me and I had to return to the office and ask him to remove the company lock. Very unprofessional staff member.

My rent has been increased from $95 to $165 after only three months. I talked to two people and they said there was nothing they could do. Beware of the price gouging!

Facilities are great but buyer beware once you have moved in expect huge and frequent increases in rent. On a non-promotional rate mine just jumped from $91 to $158!

I want to let you know about some recent changes in our storage unit. Over the past year, the monthly fee has gone up from $78 to $94. The trash bins have been removed, and the bathrooms are not being maintained regularly, which is causing inconvenience same hairs in the same spot on the sink for over 4 weeks. We've also had trouble with the doors not working properly, making it hard to access our unit and the doors not opening 30 min before stating closing time. These issues are worrying, and we hope they can be fixed for better service.

After searching all over, I am so glad to have found StorQuest. Zack is beyond friendly, professional and goes the extra mile to make everything seamless. The place is well kept, clean, secure, and safe. Not to mention very fairly priced. Very impressed and highly recommend.
