I started renting here in August of 2023. I rented a 10x30 for $132.00 a month. When I was doing some research to find out where I wanted to rent I was currently at Public Storage where they had raised my rent from $150 to $200 for a 10x25 so this seemed like a real winner!When calling around I was assured by the manger "Jenny" that Storquest would not "hook" me in for a low price and then raise it once I moved my belongings in.The homeless have a tough time in life and then you have these greedy companies that lie to you.Storquest is greedy and they are liars. Last night I got a bill saying my rent will increase in Febuary of 2024 to $194.00That is a $62.00 a month increase!!!! With no warning. What if Verizon or Netflix did this?You should be ashamed of yourselves.
