I would highly recommend this Supercuts. Sierra, my barber, was friendly, attentive, and gave me exactly the haircut and beard trim I was asking for. If you need your ears lowered or your mug cleaned up, this is the place to go!

Got a hair hair cut for me and my 2year old son,only one barber and they seemed rushed with a line of 4-5 people behind us.when I asked for minor corrections she seemed irritated,but smiled,they did not even blow the hair off me,we felt rushed.when I went home I noticed my son's hair is crooked in the back,and hair was still touching around his ears which I requested not to.spent 52 dollars.there should be more than one person, crappy experience..
....still waiting for them to reach out to me like they said they would in there reply..

I've been going to the same person for over 20 years and I did not know how to explain to the hairdresser how to cut my hair. She was very patient and explained the different ways. I was very happy with the way my hair was cut.

The actual haircut took 10 minutes. The waiting time is the issue. I checked in online at 2:08pm for a 2:30pm haircut. There were 3 people ahead of me. Fine. At 3:46, the stylist was ready. I was done and paid by 3:58. The system needs some improvements. I was under the impression check-ins would be time stamped and processed in that order. I understand they take walk-ins. I would remove the online check-in option if you are not going to honor it.
