This storage premises is the best I’ve ever seen- organized, clean and right at the Truckee river. It’s family owned and they treat you with kindness and are swift anytime you call and need anything. One of the owners Sharon is a pleasure to interact with. Thank you!

Storage unit in NW Reno off 4th street. Ladies in the office were always nice and friendly. Easy to sign up and easy to cancel when needed. Gate always worked when needed as well. My only complaint is there was no snow plowing so in the winter months, the roads between the units were ice and snow all day long.

Love this place safe, secure, clean. I have three units, great that some of the units have lights and electricity. Highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings about this storage facility. On one hand the pricing was reasonable for the area and the 24/7 access was nice. But the unit was inside a hallway which made it difficult to access, and I was not aware of the 10 day "notice to vacate policy". I moved out on the 2nd, but since I didn't give them any notice they counted me as moving out on the 12th, and don't pro-rate after the 10th. They could have easily given me a refund or pro-rated me for some amount of the month, but they refused to do so because the contract doesn't require them to. That was disappointing, prioritizing money over customer service, and therefore I can't recommend this storage facility.

I have had 3 different units over the past 9 years. This is a well maintained, gated, guarded storage facility of best and highest caliber.

I really like this storage facility. I have experienced others but this one is by far the best run and easiest storage facility to access. The prices they charge are very fair and competitively priced with other storage facilities. I like everything about this place. I've had my storage unit for over a year now with no surprises and no regrets on choosing this place.
