This is my favorite pawn shop in Reno!!! The service has always been great, fast, and most importantly fun!!! Kat has always been my #1 go to person here but I have been assisted by all staff members. I'd give them more stars if I could! Top customer service representatives and they'll prove it to you once you shop or pawn here.

I've been doing business here at this Super Pawn for 11 years. The selection is great and the value given for pawned items is fair.It's the employees though that make the place.Respect- being given respect and kindness at a time when I'm short on cash is a huge blessing.Management and employees are so good. I've been doing business work "Kat" for years. Never have I trusted that someone is treating me right like she does! Now I have the manage" Maribel" for awhile as well. These women inspire loyalty! Check this Super Pawn out. Even if it's a short drive you'll be glad you did!Cammy P

I’ve been buying and receiving loans here at least 10 yrs. Great deals. Employee Kat oddly for Pawn Shop has devoted customers. Myself, a few friends, and people I’ve met there come because they trust and like her. Maribel is amazing as well. Latest purchase. Last TV was still working great but I upgraded to this one. I went in to ask questions about a couple of rings and they didn't know the stone in either one. They even acted like I was crazy to ask telling me "I'm not a gemologist." Seems like their prices are made up if they don't know what they are selling you.

I've never been so consistently low balled in my life. They offered me $40 for an item that the Super pawn in downtown gave me $200 for later that day. Now how does that make any sense? How disgusting it is for anybody to do business along those kind of sleezy lines. And because they just tried to pull this same kind of garbage on me not 5min ago, I'll never return to this particular location. Who ever led these pawnbrokers to believe that they should be getting over on their customers in this manner needs to rethink their business strategy. Just so you know not talking out of my neck, they just tried to give me $25 for 14k gold earrings weighing exactly 3.1 grams. What a joke.

Brought in an QSC brand new powered speaker worth $400. The light works it’s brand new. They had no aux cord or guitar chord to plug it in so I had to go home. Didn’t come back! Rude and unprofessional!!

Buisness missed a expensive purchase from us.We went in to look at buying a ring and they had a specific ring we wanted to buy. But as I was walking in I had my screaming daughter in my arms that was fussing and kicking around so I didn't have time to put my "COVID stopper 9000" mask on and abide by the CDC mandate.I didn't even make it 3 feet in the door when the manager rudely said to me,"Are you even going to wear a mask?"Over top of the entire store out loud over everyone.I told him I was trying to deal with my daughter and I could go back to my car and get it since I forgot it, unless they could provide me with one (which is also part of the mandate enforced in 40 states, this includes Nevada)But he told me they don't provide masks. Shame he would enforce only half a mandate.But besides the point, after masking up and buttering up we made our way to the desk where we stood for 15 min in front of the jewelry counter. Kids were fussing and trying to grab at stuff so it was pretty hectic. But yet we waitedAnd the employees just stared and didn't say a word.Never once did they come over and ask if we needed help or even say they would be right with us.So since they didn't want to help us we left and didn't purchase the ring we were there to see.$800 loss on their end.Plus the place looks like a run down middle school locker room. Smells like it too.

***the employees steal your gold!! before making any payments, demand to see your goods first! i found out during the covid shutdown that my gold was nowhere to be found! i was told it was moved to another location due to covid... they admitted that my gold was simply " missing " after demanding payments on it!! employees help themselves to your unpawned goods and sell them for personal use while treating customers like trash for having to pawn to begin with, ironic!! these people stole from me for 9 years!! i hope the police confiscate everything and investigate you!! i have proof and i'm handing it over to the proper authorities!!
