I've always had good success with these guys, but they do not accept returns of ANYTHING that had been "installed". A thermostat that had wires connected to it? Seriously? There needs to be exception to the rule.

I ordered water softener Order #16151911 I received call that confirmed date and time that i have to be home because shipping requires signature. I waited and finally I called GLS Freight they told me they forgot to ship. Ok I received order next day and as soon as he opened truck you can see box damaged. We picked inside and water softener head was broken hanging on wire everything was totally scratched. I called Support from supply house and they estimated this 2 weeks for replacement because closest is located New Jersey. I try to resolve this with them ordering different model from Nevada to pay the difference because it cost more. That way item will shipped faster. So instead paying the difference they wanted to charge me another full price for Water softener! I didn’t want to pay another softener because they mess. Now estimated delivery is 2 weeks. Update for new unit Order #16250183 I received new unit day later than schedule again and no damage was found except unit was missing salt tank! Wow, so a call support again. I offered to take partial unit and buy salt tank my self if they refund my salt tank very reasonable since i got to hell and back. They didn’t have solution at moment so delivery truck left. After 50 minutes on phone they offered to refund salt tank but I guess late since delivery truck left. My last support technician was much more pleasant and willing to help but with minimal authority or solutions. So my experience is terrible first and last time customer. I am waiting for refund. I never received proper response or help to fix my issue!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. The first item showed up completely damaged(may have been the trucking). The second item showed up and is incorrect. My customer is 80+ and is now out $1400 because supply house will not return the item. They will not even discuss an options. Supply house has proven itself to be poorly ran and have ZERO concern for it's customers. With out a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with any type of plumbing supply. This company should be ashamed of itself!!!!!

Well as advertised previously by someone, it's a trash company, they don't care about you,your time, the guy is literally walking around playing the boss all day,and says he's too busy to do anything while doing nothing. Whether you come on time or early you're going to wait because he wants to feed his ego. Typical clowns, this place looks like a mess inside, everything is thrown around, shows what kind of people work here.

I had never heard of Supply House until Rinnai said call them for water filters and gave me their number. What a wonderful company with employees that are kind , helpful, and efficient. I ordered several items one morning and the next afternoon they were at my door. One of the items, a replacement 3M water filter cartridge, was impossible to find anywhere else. Your prices are also very reasonable. A great company!

I’m pretty discouraged and disappointed. I interviewed December 25, filled out all the paperwork sent for a background check and I still haven’t heard back about a start date or anything. I’m not sure if waiting this long is normal for this company or if something went wrong

I bought a baseboard/runtal, thinking I will get A better electric heating than the conventional oil based baseboards which are much cheaper. I was wrong, my electric bill went up substantially and these baseboards make noise all the time I guess it’s a metal expanding and clicking constantly. I called customer service who I contacted before to purchase and they were very nice and helpful but not when I called asking for help returning these none efficient and noisy baseboards. They were rude, dismissive and I will try told me that they will not accept any return although it’s only been a week since I installed them and These baseboards were advertised as returnable upon purchase per policy. Save your money and buy the regular baseboards
