Purchased the top wash several years ago and am very happy with the washes HOWEVER, the corporate office for this place leaves alot to be desired. Seeing the reviews you would think they would want to resolve issues and keep customers coming back but apparently that is not the case.

The car wash damaged my windshield. Filed a damage claim. Got yelled at by one of the employees when I called to ask for an update. Apparently corporate denied the claim.

Now that Surf Thru has several convenient locations in Carson City, Reno, and Sparks it is a good time to subscribe to unlimited washes. Monthly packages range from just over $20 to $45. Touchless washes that have plenty of force to get the car shining again without scratches.

The car wash is in good conditions and the vacuums work fine. The price for the basic wash is cheap (11 bucks) but they don’t have any amenities outside of the vacuums . No rags to grab , no window spray , no free mat washer . Be careful with that . The price is good but if you want all of those other things , you have to pay for them.
It was my first time and I was really disappointed, but overall was an OK experience. The close late so that’s a plus

Have a membership had to cancel it because they require me.To put the sticker on my vehicle and I don't want to ruin my paint on my tinted windows. They refuse to scan it. When I went to the drive through when I handed them my card.

Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend using any of their locations tried getting a refund for the monthly pass and kept getting ran in circles because they don't care about the customers. It took over 2.5 months for someone from corporate to reach out and said no refund when I was promised a refund from the guest manager in the area.

Probably the worst car wash ive ever had for $20. Didnt get all the bird droppings off my car, didnt even dry my car, had to go home and wipe off all the water stains left behind. They make you drive through it all the way, there was no stopping point for extra scrubbing, despite once again, paying $20. Go to zippy instead.

Drive through wash was great. Vacuums i parked between were both excellent! Only flawed was the customer service at the meet and greet, Non existent no hello, no smile, just complete silence, looking at me, Thats when I looked at the wash options board and ask for what I wanted. The couple workers at the entrance upon the wash through who pre spray vehicle giving two different orders. There should be 1 lead of director not two wanting to do it. Sequence on the same page would be nice.

Great car wash with amazing customer service, very clean lot and very friendly, a employee named Bryan came up to me while I was vacuuming my car and asked me if I needed help with anything and he had amazing customer service and was very kind!

Really great express car wash! Jay and his team always take extremely good care of me. They have free vacuums, with air compressor nozzles to clean your interior after you hit the wash tunnel! They also have cleaning chemicals, towels, air fresheners, and much more ready for purchase for cheap. I am an unlimited wash club member, and it's well worth the money, my truck is ALWAYS super clean. They even have great deals for first time customers. Come check this place out!

I have monthly subs for both my vehicles, the best wash they offer. I've been through the wash around 9 times now and every single time, the front and rear of vehicles are left dirty. bugs on the front, and dirty film on the back. I will not use them again.
