Great classes. Good range of workouts to suit everyone's needs. Very welcoming and informative staff. And the free child minding "kids zone" is such a great thing to have for parents.

I’ve been coming to swët for over a year!! They are not only like family but the in house play space for me to take my little guy was KEY! Working out and finding help with your kid can be stressful, they take that out of the equation and my fitness goals were met much, much, much faster!!! The coaches are amazing and clearly love what they do! I hope they grow large enough to open a downtown reno location!! Love this place!

I had my first experience at Swet Fitness this past Saturday and absolutely loved it! It was much more intimate feeling than Orange Theory and way less intimidating than your typical CrossFit box. Lacey, the owner, was warm and welcoming and the class instructor was a lot of fun. The music was on point, the gym was clean and air conditioned, and they have FREE CHILDCARE! Swet is also family owned and operated by local Veterans! Come check this place out and support a local small business.

Swet fitness is my happy place! I hadn't worked out in a while after having two babies in two years, and this has been perfect for me! In 45 minutes I burn a zillion calories AND there is a babysitter there to watch my baby! The instructors are fantastic, and I am so happy I found Swet!

I was looking for more personal guidance on fitness coaching, proper weight choice limits and proper lifting form.Validation that I am gaining the most out of my 45min workouts instead of just driving myself and hoping all is benefiting.Sweet coaches are doing exactly what I wanted.

Love this place, I'm happy my friend insisted on bringing me here. Easy to complete a hard workout, the biggest obstacle is getting there, once you're there you never want to leave!

I'm beyond upset with this place, and am posting this for others to be aware. I'm visiting from out of town and searched for a place in Reno to continue my HIIT training while visiting family. Upon a Google search I came across Swet's website and their ad for the free first class, though I would have gladly paid. The day before the class I received a text message confirming a quick tour and then being passed off to a coach for a session. Upon arrival, the woman who met us confirmed we were from out of town, and then said we were not signed up for a class, but rather a session to introduce us to the equipment that would be used for a class. Meanwhile, we had spread the word to my family and their neighbors about how excited we were to try this place, and promised to report back on our experience. Extra sneakers and gym clothes were packed to be able to participate. This was beyond disappointing. Worse was that the woman who met us was barely apologetic about the whole thing. Please beware of this place, and I'll be sure to continue to spread the word.

The coaches are very friendly and motivating! The other members are welcoming. Even after getting up at 5:30 am for a 6 am workout I still feel energized for my work day. I love not having to plan my own workouts. As a former personal trainer who changed career paths I am truly impressed by this gym. I’m thankful to have found Swet Fitness to help me get back into shape and reach my fitness goals!

I need group fitness classes to keep me motivated and hold me accountable. This gym does just that! The classes are tough but the coaches have modifications for all strengths and skill levels. And you will never do the same program twice, so every day is something new. I recommend this gym to anyone, of any age and fitness background (or lack thereof!). You will be welcomed and challenged at Swët Fitness!

I first went with my wife to support in starting her weight loss journey after multiple back and hip surgeries, but after a couple of free classes and meeting the owner, I decided to pay for a membership. I have lifted for most of my life and have become burnt-out with the common gym life. This has been a great and refreshing way to stay in shape without the heavy weights. At my age (45) I find this to be easier on my joints but still getting a good cardio workout with light weights, bands. I did feel weird at first working out with a majority of women but it didn't take long to became comfortable. Most of the staff are so friendly and encouraging.A couple issues I have noticed:New members are sometimes not given instruction on proper lifting techniques when performing certain exercises. I would hate for someone to get injured because of this oversight. I think new members should be introduced to coaches so the coaches are aware they are new and may need extra attention until they become more comfortable with the lifts and movements. It would be nice if there was a way to highlight members in the computer that have physical limitations so they are not asked to do certain movements that would aggravate there injuries. The coaches could then direct them how to modify certain movements. This can be embarrassing for some, especially when the coach continues to speak to them about form and doesn't understand the limitations they have. My wife had a conversation with the owner on her limitations when she joined but it wasn't passed on to the rest of the staff. Because I was able to help her in modifying some movements she has not lost her enthusiasm but others may.All in all, I love this place and will continue to be a member and encourage others to join!
