If I could give them zero stars I would. Be aware of this store. We asked specific questions regarding their watch and cell phone promotions and we were straight lied to!!! Now we are stuck with a $400 monthly cell phone bill (2 lines) or we pay $1,000 for each phone and $400 for each watch to leave!!! $2,800 is what this store cost us with their lies!!!!!! Even if you ask them how much your monthly bill will be, they will lie and you have to eat the cost. HORRIBLE LIARS AND PEOPLE gouging innocent hard working people so that they can hit their sales and commissions and get paid more! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Stay with Verizon or any other carrier!

The manager Kristian at the store was extremely patient with my teenager. He answered all my questions and was kind enough to repeat so it was clear to me. Definitely recommend this store. Thank you Kristian for your professionalism, kindness, and patience.

Esbei and Kay went above and beyond in assisting me in transferring data to a new phone. I thought I had lost info from lost love ones. I remain a T-Mobile customer due to employees like them.

I Came in to be added to my wife’s plan (I was transferring from another provider) , once they added my number they simultaneously made my number primary on the account and canceled her number, she has had this account for 15 years. We left unknowingly thinking it was a simple process. Later found out they forgot to charged us an activation fee and asked us to return to the store , once we returned the manger removed her SIM card and handed back her phone , charged us an activation fee and we thought it was all settled.Once again to be clear the manger of the store canceled her number which was the primary account holder and gave her a new number. We ended up calling customer service directly to settle the issue , after many hours on the phone and 24 hours later her number was restored but my number is still primary on the account. And now her phone has two assigned SIM cards and texts aren’t going through. In short do yourself a favor and go to a store with staff that listens and is calm. Firmly believe the store manger truly doesn’t care.

I have been to this location twice looking for help and the customer service is awful! Poor attitudes without fail from multiple employees.

They were amazing but didn't have the iPhone 14 pro or pro max in stock. Luckily, I ran into walmart, and they had a bunch in stock. Satisfied customer.

Kalean P. (Sorry if name is misspelled) went above and beyond to help me with a billing issue. He is very patient and kind. Definitely deserves a raise or bonus. Entire staff polite as well.

Worst retail experience in my 60+ years of life. Went to this T-Mobile store to inquire about a little help sending in my old phones. Spoke to a helpful worker about what I needed for a few minutes when in walks a young guys that proceeds to rip me a new one about a drink cup I left outside the store. I explained that I intended to take it when I left the store but that wasn't good enough and he rudely stood his ground and then walks into the back room. I planned to throw my cup in the garbage before entering the store but no garbage containers in sight. I asked the gal helping me if that was the manager and she said yes. I asked her to go back and bring him back out. She returned and said it would be a few minutes so after about 5 minutes I concluded that the coward wasn't coming out. I got the number for the DM to make a complaint. Left a message with the DM for a return call and he called back after a while. Explained to Victor about the incident and he made excuses and seemed unconcerned. There are other choices out there that understand the importance of customers to a business. I told the gal helping me that I was always treated with respect at Verizon. I regret leaving Verizon and changing to T-Mobile. Don't make the same mistakes I made by changing to T-Mobile and going to the store on Vista Knoll.

This is by far the worst T-mobile experience I've ever encountered. There was only 1 CSR working and she didn't acknowledge anyone that walked in. She took her time with a group of people starting a new family plan. Everyone knows that takes a long time and she should have given everyone waiting a heads up that no one would be able to assist for a while. The most frustrating part was there were breaks waiting for content to download and transfer that she could have spoken up or helped someone else with a question but never took the opportunity. The music in the building kept skipping and was only making the atmosphere that more frustrating. So glad to be switching from T-mobile to Verizon. It's more affordable, Verizon was right next door and they had way better customer service skills there.
