Because of the repeatedly extremely rude, condescending and argumentative employees at this location I have completely boycotted this company. I've stopped purchasing online because I will no longer subject myself to going into the store to exchange or return something. I even called customer service to stop the catalogs. It's truly unfortunate because I like the clothes and have spent A LOT of money on them in the past.

I worked in retail when I was in college and never in my life did I think to have a snobby attitude towards anyone especially customers. I've only been here once when I encountered an associate that was a normal person. I won't ever shop here again. I will shop online or not at all.

I’ve visited this store only a handful of times in the last several years. It’s common in my experience to not be comfortable shopping here. I went in today and walked over to a rack of clothes near where a salesperson was and she never acknowledged me. Never said hello and never offered to assist. I was picking up an online order. I walked up the the counter after she’d helped another customer and when I did, she walked away.. I had to speak up and said, “Excuse me but I need assistance”. She was extremely rude and never once acted friendly to me. I was dressed nicely and carried a nice handbag.. I’ve over 65 and well groomed. She had zero reason to ignore me or act as if she was too important to help me. Never again!

Associates are not nice. Love the clothes, not going into the store! Then... if you need to return something you've purchased online, you get a definite cold shoulder!!!

What a snotty staff of women who have no time to greet a new customer and ask if she can help. This is ny experience today, May 1, 2914. I will never patronize this co descending Cadre of snooty sales wenches. Honestly, shopping is difficult enough without being ignored by snooty sales women.

We were going to place a 175.00 order over the phone, so we called the local store. They failed to answer their phone and never responded to our voice message. This is very frustrating and bad for business.
