“Nice clean store with large selection of clothing. The home goods section is a bit lacking and overall the amount of merch is less than in the past.

Overall prices are decent, especially if you stick to the sale tagged items. Puzzles are one of my favorites, but they over price them. Money goes to a good cause though, so you can complain too much. If you do find something way over priced (higher than normal retail), the staff cannot do anything about it.”

“I LOVE this Thrift Shop!!! Every one is so helpful, & so much fun. And they're all volunteers!! Proceeds stay in our area. Prices are great, and lots of good inventory! I just need to be aware & not buy items that I've previously donated ??And Senior Sampler in the back has wonderful items.. hand-made by very talented people. I almost always buy something from there because I know how much time, effort & love go into it!”

“It's been a pleasure donating things there alot of other donating places are picky about what you are donating. In the end it's about helping people. And they get it!”

“Even now I enjoy shopping here. Whenever I need new furniture, books, or something random I’ll come here. On our younger years when we had limited funds I could always find what I needed at a decent price. Now I’ll always think of them first when donating.”

“I have been to all of the Thrift Depots at every location current and past at one time or another. Before the my go to was WARC. I have been buying from them since before they were Thrift Depot. Generally if I can't find it at one of the current 3 I won't find it at any thrift store. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT EVERY LOCATION. KUDOS!!!”

“Michelle was beyond amazing. She was so helpful and welcoming. This place is blessed to have a kind soul like hers and I hope for everyone to have an amazing experience the way that I did. Salvation Army has always been so helpful but this encounter is definitely one to remember.”

“Outstanding Service at Goodwill!
I wanted to share a truly positive experience I’ve had at the local Goodwill donation center, specifically regarding a staff member named Crystal.
I have visited this location twice recently to drop off donations, and both times, Crystal was the one assisting me. I cannot say enough good things about her attitude and professionalism. From the moment I pulled up, she was incredibly friendly, always wearing a genuine smile that made the process feel welcoming and appreciated.
It is rare to encounter someone so consistently helpful and upbeat. She handled my donations with care and efficiency, making what is usually just a quick chore feel like a pleasant interaction. It is clear that Crystal takes pride in her work, and she is a fantastic representative for the Goodwill team.
Thank you, Crystal, for your kindness and for making my donation experience so positive! I look forward to seeing you on my next visit.”

“I found another great sewing machine at savers. It's a Rachel, A-Line series baby lock. Savers has a lot of great treasures. Just look on the treasure wall, in all those little bags, and you'll find some pretty good stuff.”

“I like it cuz they're organized you have decent prices on jeans and other items they have a very wide selection it's unfortunate that there is no dressing rooms anymore but it's nice when you return an item your credit does not expire and I found other thrift stores to be so disorganized and and just a hassle really”

“I’m so glad Plato’s is back in Midtown, I shopped a lot here as a teen and UNR student. Now I’m just a thoroughly out of style mom, but thought what the heck, maybe I can make a few bucks on my old clothes. I was legitimately shocked with how much they offered me for mine and my husband’s millennial clothes. It was worth it! You can sign up to get a text for when they are done with your items, they finished mine in less than an hour midday on a Tuesday. I’m writing this review though because the staff was so nice! That was not my experience at the McCarran location a few years back. Great to see a secondhand shop come back to Midtown!”
