I bought sweet from the store , it was very hard and dry. They mentioned that it’s fresh but it was very old .I suggest everyone to check the sweet before buying whether it’s fresh or no..

I love this place as much as my mother does. From stainless steel cups and trays to spices and fresh coconut. I always find something I want here. You can even grab a snack or drink here. I wish I had one in my neighborhood. I'd be there every day.

Great customer service professional with a sense of humor! I was asked several times if I needed help with anything. The variety of options and the layout are easy to follow .. prices surprisingly low compared to other stores.

Wow, what a great little grocery store! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and organized, and welcoming. Found everything I wanted that I couldn't find at the local major grocery stores (tonight I was making the butter chicken from ThatDudeCanCook 's YouTube channel). For example, they have dried fenugreek here-- the leaves! not the ground stuff! I even tried some of the desserts (I think they were around $8.99 a pound) and they were delicious and had that homemade taste. Try the gulab jamun if you like things super sweet (they look like brown donut holes drenched in a simple sugar syrup; they have a slightly grainy texture and a delightful floral note). Off the top of my head, I also recall seeing rasgulla and barfi (I think barfi is an excellent choice if you like things more mildly sweet and are a fan of cheese; to me it kind of reminds me of a mild cheese-- but like a cheese gone dessert mode!). Anyways, if you're looking for some hard to find items and are feeling in the mood for some authentic Indian food definitely check this little market out.

So glad I walked in this store today. What an amazing place for a new authentic cultured international grocery store and bakery. I was born and raised here in Reno and even though I was born here I am very cultured with authentic cuisine and cooking. I love the authenticity of my kind of Korean food and when I go to Chinese restaurants I always ask what they would eat not what is on the menu. So it's nice to see that we have an authentic Indian grocery and bakery. I love how they have all the Indian spices and flavors here. I will definitely be buying all my spices here instead of a grocery store. I know it will be better quality and taste at its fullest. The bakery was also very tasty. Perfect for dessert after we had lunch. The new owners are very nice. I believe it was the daughter Karen that greeted me at the door with a friendly hello and she let us know that is was under new ownership and they definitely want to make sure they can take over the business on yelp. I'm very excited for this place. I'm glad they are a new addition to our little growing city of Reno.
