Love that they are open till 7PM most days! Quick service and knowledgeable with repair needs. Patricia was extremely helpful in explaining all available options or routes we could take with a cell repair. Service has been great both times I’ve visited for a quick fix to family cell phone!

Fair prices, good quality repairs, fast turnaround time. Paid about $260 to replace my MacBook Air laptop screen. That was a discounted price because I purchased their protection plan for $24.99 a month. Regular price without that would have been $313. Not sure if I will keep the plan. Only really necessary for repairs and I don’t plan on breaking it again lol. However, you obviously can’t plan for something like that so I suppose it would be worth it to some.Would’ve given them 5 stars because the girl who helped me the first time was great but when I came to pick it up after it was finished, the second girl who helped me could have had better customer service. Left kind of a bad taste in my mouth. When I entered, I wasn’t acknowledged, greeted, helped, looked at. I had to basically stand there looking around awkwardly in silence until I figured out she was in the middle of helping someone. Which is totally fine but I just think I should’ve been told ya know “hi” or “welcome, be with you in a moment.” Saying something like that isn’t difficult, I work 2 retail jobs and deal with people all day. Anyway, not a huge deal.Great business over all, would definitely recommend. ??Picture shows the screen after the repair with the film still on. Unfortunately don’t have a picture of the before but it was broken. No outer screen damage, but inner, it was cracked and the image had black lines running horizontally and vertically throughout. Definitely wasn’t useable and now looks brand new!

Actually they get no stars from meI’ve taken two phones to them to see if they could unlock them. And they couldn’t do either one, they tried but no luck. Now i just called and asked if they are capable of unlocking the google lock and they said they can’t do it.There’s YouTube videos on how to do itBut I was having trouble fallowing the instructor, so I thought I would give ubreakifix one more chance, but they sounded pretty lazy which prompts me to do this review. I think these guys are in the wrong businessWarehouse would probably more their liking

Best experience ever getting something fixed! Had a badly cracked iPhone screen. Scheduled service online and dropped off the device... ready and like new, in under an hour. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

A very good experience! My battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note8 was dying. I got five years out of it, so I was not complaining. After having tried two other providers: an other authorized Samsung provider: Best Buy in Reno, and Batteries Plus in Carson City, and being turned me away because they didn't service my phone due to its age (from 2018). So I decided to give ubreakifix by Asurion (Asurion Tech Services) a try. Afterall, they had good reviews on Yelp and were an authorized Samsung provider as well, so I knew I would get genuine parts and correct service.I went in on February 1, 2023. They asked me what was wrong. They confirmed they could fix my phone, but had to order the battery, since I had an older model. Then they quickly looked up the model of my phone, got me a price, wrote me up, and gave me a receipt after I paid in advance (since it was a special order). The genuine Samsung battery came in three days later, and they promptly called me to bring in my phone. It would take an hour to replace it. Since it was my back-up phone, I just left it there in the morning and came back later in the day. I told them it was backed up already and unlocked. They again promptly called me when it was done, in time, as promised, for the quoted price, which was reasonable (similar to what they charge you for an iPhone battery at the Apple store). When I swung by at the end of the day, there was a brand-new battery and the phone worked great!The store itself was just a small room in front of the two stations at the counter, with a few chairs for waiting and some products for sale. No one was in the room when I walked in, but an employee quickly came out from the rear area. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite, as was his co-worker, who also came out when another customer walked in. I heard him answer all her questions and even give her some free tips. He also helped out another customer who came in later with some technical advice on how to use his phone. They were happy to help and did not push sales. I heard a third employee in the back also working. Everything about the store and the employees instilled confidence in me that this would be a good experience, and it was!I am sorry I didn't get any pictures of the inside when I was there, but I will try to get some in the future.The store is in the The Commons Shopping Center on S. Virginia St., with stores like AAA, Starbucks, PetSmart, DSW, and David's Bridal. Since it was at the end of the plaza, things were quieter, and parking was tight, but sufficient.

Phone grew wings and flew out of my hands screen was busted. Called them they set up my claim through my phone carrier. Dropped my phone off within 15 min of me calling and phone was done within 45 min. Great company will use again if I have the need.

Breathe. I call on Saturday to ask if they can replace my iPhone 12 Pro Max black glass. I'm told yes and I make an appointment for Sunday. I'm also told $180. I live in Truckee and drove 50 miles for only this reason. I get to the store and I'm told $199. Fine. They take my phone, go in back talk to the tech, find the correct back for my phone, I pay $200 and they tell me to return in 3 hours. I return in about 2.5 hours to see if it's ready. "Oh, yeah, we don't have the right machine to do this work on your model phone. The tech tried to go get you but you "ran off"". I ran off? I left to not waste the next 2.5 hours in your parking lot. I twice told this business the service I was looking g for and they said they could do it. I then have to wait over 10 minutes for them to figure out how to refund my $200 and I was told, "sorry about that boss." I drove 100 miles, round trip, only for this reason. What's that? $25 in gas? The fact that I wasted this much time, half of one of my weekend days, is infuriating because twice I was told they could do it. Then to receive no sincere apology or a suggestion of how they can help me get this done, is beyond me. No care at all was expressed. So, what am I gonna do? Nothing. What can I do? F*ck me.

They changed my battery which they did not replace the seal on my iPhone 13 promax and now I have water damage on my iPhone please do not come here they will ruin your phone.

The communication between the tech and myself was great. He had a cancel and I was off early so we met in a more convenient place for both of us as well as time and he fixed my phone quickly and professionally. He made my day better.

Patricia was so nice and treated us as a top priority with our phone screen replacement. She made us feel heard and appreciated as a customer. We needed a new screen and she hooked us up! She was calm and kind and honest. She was funny and treated us like friends. I am more than pleased with my visit and intend to come back if I ever need a phone repair.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took my cell phone in for screen repair. picked it up ( $ ******) and asked ***** at the desk to put on a new protector. It fell off in 2 days- the screen has lost touch sensitivity, so sad.y, she was inept at doing that also.When I picked up my phone, I left my 2022 M1 MacBook Air there for a screen replacement- ***** said it would cost ****** and take two days. I asked them to put in writing the ****** estimates to install my new screen. The guy gave me a receipt, and I did not look at it. It was not until yesterday, July *****, while I was on the phone with corporate I saw that they actually CHARGED ME ******! He lied to me to my face! nd he actually CHARGED ME at that moment! I brought them a brand new screen, which she said she would install) When I went to pick it up, I asked her to show me that it was working, IT WAS NOT WORKING. The camera for Zoom calls was broken. I left it there again ( for two days, supposedly). I called for 2 WEEKS. When would I call? - this ***** person would say she was the new owner, a gay name ***** said he was the new owner and another female was there also, not an owner but also no help.
