Needed a refresh and had a makeup tutorial with Megan. Loved her, she was friendly and knowledgeable. Her own makeup was gorgeous so I knew I was in good hands.She took care in grabbing an array of products that she thought would be best on me. She would do a step with me watching then have me try on my own. I ended up learning new tricks and found a new foundation and a few other things I really like. She offered to help me find every product I had interest in and there was zero pressure to have to buy anything.Great store, enjoyed shopping after my appointment.Thanks for the great experience Megan!

This review is for Connie the brow stylist at ulta, first of all she is one of the sweetest associates there and is very easy to talk to. She is very good at listening to what you want and makes sure to show you what she would be doing before she would start doing it, I will never get my brows done by anyone else! Go check Connie out she deserves it!

This review is for Megan in the Salon— she pierced my 5 month olds ears today and she was AMAZING! She was super knowledgeable and quick!Everything was sterile and the gun they used doesn’t click like the old school ones. Super happy with the whole experience. ♥️

On Tuesday September 5th, my daughter had an appointment for a wax upper lip service at 11:40. We had to wait for 25 minutes before Connie was able to assist us. The first thing I noticed was that she was chewing gum, which is extremely unprofessional! She applied the wax and stripped the area as expected. She gave my daughter a mirror to see if she missed a spot. Unfortunately she missed multiple spots on both sides of her face. So she began the process all over again. When she was done, she sprayed POREfessional setting spray to "refresh her skin". My daughter asked for the keys to the car and I proceeded to pay. When I saw my daughter's face, it was completely red. She also had a string of wax dangling from her upper lip, and was in excruciating pain. I went back into the store and spoke to the manager named Lexy. Her response was "I appreciate your feedback". I was so concerned about my daughter, that I did not react to her lack of empathy. I went back to the car, looked at her face, then went back into the store to ask Lexy what I could do to help with the pain. She said I could give her an ice pack. I don't randomly carry one in the car. So we left very angry.The same day, my daughter called Ulta's customer service number to file a complaint. She was told that a district manager would call within 48 hours. She spoke with Sage, the Services Manager. She agreed that Lexy should have handled it better and offered us a refund. I feel they could have done more than just refund $14.My daughter has an account with ulta, and is a loyal customer. My yelp review has more details and 3 photos of the incident if you are interested to see. Ultimately, this was a horrible experience. We will NEVER go there again.

*This review is for the salon at Ulta.I absolutely love that Ulta has a salon, and I love the cosmetologist Megan and everything she did for me and my family. Last weekend, I got my hair trimmed and a full-head of foils. It turned out amazing. Then this weekend, my son got his hair cut, and my 8 month old baby got her ears pierced. We came in with no pictures and just a kind-of idea of what I wanted, and she freaking killed it! We couldn't be happier! She did such an amazing job piercing my baby's ears. She barely cried for maybe 30 seconds and was over it, and they look great! I highly recommend Megan to everyone!

I came up at 7:55 and the doors were locked even when they said they were open till 8. When I knocked on the window to see if I could come in to just buy 1 item (would have taken me 2 minutes) the lady inside physically shooed me away and mouthed were closed…. People just don’t know common courtesy these days and it’s really sad.

I had to ask someone to help me. She couldn’t find anyone else to help. So she ended up being the one to “match my foundation”. She acted like I was unconvincing her to match me to a higher end makeup brand. She shades didn’t match and most of the foundations and concealers were out of stock. I ended up returning my online order instead of exchanging for my correct shades. Don’t waste your time here. I’ll try a different Ulta store.

Service is always great. I just hate that some Ultas have one product and then a different Ulta in the same town has another. It's really kind of annoying, to be honest. But overall, it's a great place to shop for beauty supplies.

This isn't the first time I've been treated rudely in this store. Maybe because I'm not dressed up or on my way back from skiing. Regardless I'm a customer with money to spend. No sincere greeting. One girl who obviously worked there, I asked if she did, and she just stared at me without responding. I finally said never mind. I'll spend that $200 somewhere else today and won't be returning.

Worst location that I've ever been to. They will be closed on random days. Other days they decide to close at 4:30, this place is always having issues.

This has got to be the WORST Ulta location. Maybe they are open, maybe not? Note on door today this location closed at 5pm today. This the the fourth time last six months I've come by here to try to shop and it's a gamble on whether the place is open or not. I see three chicks inside...what are they doing? And I just watched four customers walk up and turn around in disappointment. Order online, don't waste your time or energy at this location. Oh look...six employees just locked up and left for the evening. Clearly this isn't a "staffing" issue...
