This Umpqua Bank is a Northwest Reno neighborhood branch in the shopping center at Robb Drive & MaeAnne Avenue. They are over the top friendly, anxious to help & competitive with other full-service financial institutions. The ATM's are easy to use & parking is plentiful. Give Umpqua a chance to earn your business.

Yesterday, I had to drive to Reno from Nevada City, a 90 minute drive, to purchase a used a vehicle. I called the branch ahead of time to make sure cash funds would be available for me to pick up before they closed. Due to traffic, I was running late. Upon arrival, right at 5:00, the team already had the funds prepared and were waiting for me. The team helped make an otherwise challenging day an easier one. Great customer service and and followthrough. Thank you!

Though I'm extremely disappointed with corporate. This branch has a wonderful team. However due to the 200$ fee they refused to wave I will be leaving 20 1 stars reviews at all other locations. I will not remove them until corporate calls me directly as I was dismissed by the district manager stating that only corporate could change this decision and the matter was out of his hands. Thus my issue has not been fully resolved. My comments stand until someone calls me !!!!! Worst customer experience ever. My CD was mature but due to covid it slipped my mind. On day 11 out of the 10 days they give you they took 200$ out of my CD for "holding onto my money " instead of doing the right thing when everyone is out of work and no income coming in they should have waved the fee. But no one cared so here I am leaving you a bad review. You could have rolled it into my checking account or my savings. Instead I closed all my accounts and still no one from corporate has gotten back to me.

Never use this bank worst customer service experience ever. Be sure to get your CDs out in time if you’re one day over the maturity date they will assess you a $200 fee which is more than the amount of interest accrued on the CD. Closing all my accounts and I’m never coming back after this

I have had the most wonderful experience at Umpqua Bank with Sheree Garcia and crew. This is the most delightful group of Bank professionals I have ever met. They greet you with a smile and are quick to help you get on your way. But, they have treats and internet too! Umpqua Bank people go 'above and beyond' when it comes to customer service. I love having my money where I know I can talk to a real person and even get texts.

I have been a customer here for many years, through several bank changes actually, and I have to say that the Umpqua Bank has been the best of them. They are friendly and helpful, even through some sticky issues with our business. Their free online banking service has saved me a ton of time and money. The drive-through service is such a time saver for me too. I would highly recommend them.
