PLEASE GIVE ALL THESE HARDWORKING PEOPLE HUGE RAISES!!!!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST WORKERS AT ANY UPS STORE
We have been working closely with this store for 6 years at least. The staff has impeccable service. There have been a few bumps in the road when new people were hired on and were not as friendly or customer service oriented but this quad team is a FIVE STAR team! Amanda, Amber, Koran and Raul (sp?) are AMAZING!!!!
You literally cannot find better customer care anywhere. They are always saying hello, calling all loyal customers that they know, by first name and extremely helpful, even delivering packages to your car when needed without having to ask them. They offer fast and efficient services like notary and more. I wish everyone could experience this level of service at a UPS store. It does not get better.
I have never seen a single one of them in a bad mood or even having an off day. This is the most incredible team I have ever witnessed and I LOVE that they blend so well together. Even when some have left to try a new venture, they all came back!!! it's incredible.
I am amazed that they are all so happy and sweet every single time you see them. Never fails, always the same smiling faces and always cheerful!! You can't find a better UPS store ran by better employees, they ALL deserve a huge raise. Please take them some goodies when you stop by! Let them know you read my review, I will not get anything for it but it would be nice to know that I helped you make their day by stopping by thanks to my review.

Do not use ups paid for over night earl air they messed up on the package 5 hrs later still on the phone with them and the morons at ups just lie constantly

Wow, just Wow. I was in this location dropping off a return package and mine was about 60lbs. As I’m about to walk in the door an older women has a larger package as well and I ask the 2 employees at the desk to hold the door and one of them said something like it’s not my job. I’m sorry? How unprofessional and downright disrespectful especially for the 70-80 year old woman trying to get this large box out of her car. I ended up helping the older customer as I’ve been in the service industry for many years.
If you’re not willing to do something as simple as open the door or hold the door open, you should get out of customer service.
